Welcome to the meditation to let go of emotional heaviness and to bring your energies more into flow.
Now I invite you to lay down or sit down to make yourself comfortable.
Now it's time only for yourself and for your well-being.
Observe your breath,
How it is going in and out.
Every time you breathe out just let go of some thoughts or other things you don't need right now.
Every time you breathe in,
You just breathe in harmony and calm energy that surrounds you.
With every breath,
You just connect deeper and deeper with yourself and you feel also the ground underneath you.
It really connects to the ground and feel how the ground or your chair or your bed is carrying you and perceive how you let go of eventual tension from your legs.
Perceive how they are getting heavier.
Feel that your pelvis is getting heavier.
Your back and your belly is relaxing more and more.
Your chest is relaxing.
Maybe you want to also move your shoulders and your neck to bring in more relaxation into these body parts.
You also let go of any tension in your arms and your hands and fingers and you also relax your jaw,
Muscles around your eyes,
Your forehead and you literally feel how tension just flows away.
Now you perceive consciously your breath,
How it is going out and in and you perceive how your breath is connecting your head with your heart.
Now I invite you to go a little bit deeper into your heart and you perceive an ocean,
Sea or a lake in your heart that symbolizes your emotions.
Just take a moment to perceive what's going on emotionally within you.
What's going on now from let's say this day or the last few days,
Maybe even last few weeks or months.
What are your emotional topics at the moment?
Just perceive the sea,
The lake.
Take a moment to feel what's going on and now you have perceived and identified more of what's going on.
Perceive also how these emotional topics are represented in your body.
Do you feel maybe some stress in your belly or some tension in your back because of these topics?
Just allow your body to show how it reacts to the present emotions and if you want,
Ask your body parts,
Your emotions,
Your perceptions.
What's the deeper meaning behind them?
What's the message they want to bring you?
I invite you to just observe because also through the observation and perception a lot of healing can happen.
Now just imagine that there's a kind of light shower or waterfall that is just cleansing the stress,
The heavy emotions,
The heaviness just away.
You can literally feel all the heaviness and everything you don't need is just being washed away and you're becoming lighter and lighter.
Now I invite you to open your heart and your physical system,
Energetic system for healing.
Just imagine how golden light or white light is flowing into your heart and just feel how this golden or white light brings a lot of softness,
A lot of self-love and feel how this flows into your heart and into your heart area.
Just allow your heart to receive.
Now feel how this healing light flows up to your shoulders,
To your neck and feel how some heaviness you might took from other people just is being like burned or given back to these people and your shoulders start to feel lighter and then feel how this healing light flows into your upper arms,
Your lower arms,
Your hands and your fingers and just feel how you just let go everything you have been holding to or everything you had impression you have to do it alone and now and with tension.
Just allow this to let go.
Feel how the healing is happening in your hands and your arms.
Then feel how the healing energy flows to your upper back,
To your lower back and every tension is being released.
Feel how this healing energy flows into your upper belly and every tension from unrespected boundaries is being healed so that you can build up new healthy boundaries for yourself.
Now feel how this healing energy flows into your lower belly and to your pelvis and it heals all of the topics where you didn't have enough space for yourself so that now you can have more space for yourself.
Don't have to do anything just to observe and set the intention.
Now this healing energy also flows into your legs,
Down into your feet,
Into your toes and it heals all of the topics that have to do with instability or moments where you had to be stable and you maybe couldn't accept the help of someone else or that you have had to fight and there was no one there to support you.
Now some healing to flow there into these topics.
Just let it happen,
Set your intention and so a new healthy stability can be built up.
Now you feel more healthy stability in your legs.
You feel the energy of having more space for yourself in your pelvis.
You feel healthy boundaries in your upper belly.
You feel self-love and softness and kindness for yourself and for others in your heart.
You feel a power but also an openness for new things in your arms.
Now you feel that this healing energy flows also into your throat and there some space is created to express your emotions,
To express your visions,
To say what you need and how you really feel and feel how this healing energy flows into your jaw,
Into your nose,
Ears,
Mouth,
Head,
Eyes,
Forehead and into your brain and you feel that your head feels light.
You have positive energy inside and you are able to concentrate,
Be focused but at the same time you're open for new ideas and visions.
Now feel your entire body connected.
Every cell is connected to each other and the energy is flowing.
Feel the activation,
The flow,
The connection between everything within you.
Maybe you want to start moving yourself just a little bit to feel even more the flow and to activate this amazing energy or just to breathe deeper.
Just enjoy this amazing state you're in.
Now mentally just come back to the room where you are now.
Please ground yourself one more time so that you are able to manifest and to live these amazing energies and then feel your legs,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your shoulders.
Maybe you want to start moving and take 3-4 deep breaths before you open your eyes and are fully present in the here and now.
You can activate this energy every time during your day and just take it into your daily activities.
