Sometimes we are so focused on 'functioning' and completing our duties that we disconnect from ourselves and also from our inner joy. This meditation supports you in reconnecting to yourself and becoming again more mindful during the day. Some visualisations, reconnection to yourself, and a calm positive music will bring back the joy in your heart.

Do you sometimes have the impression that there's not enough joy during your everyday life?

There are always so many things to do that sometimes we forget that we could enjoy life much more.

Now I would like to invite you to this amazing meditation to find more inner peace to arrive more into the present moment to connect more to your true self and especially to feel more your inner joy.

Make yourself comfortable if you are sitting or lying,

It doesn't matter.

Just check what's the best option for you right now.

And slowly close your eyes.

Maybe you want to shake out some tensions,

Move a bit to release your shoulders to relax.

And then just go with your attention to your breath.

Breathe in and out.

And maybe you observe that when you breathe in the air is a bit cooler and when you breathe out,

It's a bit warmer.

Now connect to the ground underneath you.

If the soles of your feet are connected to the ground,

Just imagine how energetic roots are growing out of your feet into the ground and feel how they are stabilizing you in giving you security.

Otherwise just feel Mother Earth underneath you and connect more and more to it and feel its security and its stability.

Now imagine that every time you breathe out,

You breathe out every thought,

Every heavy energy,

Everything you don't need right now.

And every time you breathe in,

You breathe in healing harmonious light energy that spreads into your entire body.

And perceive that when you breathe out,

The things you breathe out are moving out of your energetic field,

Out of your aura so that you have more space in your physical body and in your aura to invite more joy into your energy.

Maybe you perceive how this breathing cleansing process creates more lightness,

More clarity and releases tensions and heavy energy.

In order to create even more space for the joy and for light energy,

Now connect even more to your body.

Just perceive if there are any tensions or pressure or other feelings that you don't really like and that are making you feel uncomfortable.

Just perceive these parts.

Maybe you relax even more when you feel and perceive these parts instead of creating more tension.

And then imagine that you breathe in into those parts and that you breathe in healing light energy.

Maybe the healing light energy has a color for you.

Maybe it's an amazing blue or strong red or creative orange.

Just imagine that you breathe in the color you wish into the parts where you had tension.

And at the same time when you breathe in,

Imagine that you breathe out,

Imagine that you breathe out the tension and the pressure so that your body can relax more and more.

Now allow this process of cleansing and releasing to continue even if you don't focus your attention 100% on it right now.

Let's move the attention now to the things that give you joy.

We start exactly there where you are right now.

So what gives you joy at the place where you are right now?

And what gives you joy maybe in the things in the clothes you are wearing?

Is it that you really like your sofa or is it that you really like the window and the sunshine coming in or is it a picture or maybe you are wearing your favorite trousers?

Just see what little things that are right now around you give you joy.

And really allow yourself to feel the joy to spread into your body and just to relax into it.

And now move your attention to the people who give you joy,

To the people who make your heart smile.

Maybe just because of their smile,

Maybe because of the hugs they are giving you,

Maybe just because of the way they are or just because that you know that they are there for you when you need them.

Just take a moment to connect energetically to these people and feel the joy and maybe the gratitude that you know them and you have them in your life.

And if you want just imagine that you hug them or that you send them some love or appreciation and especially feel the joy connected to them.

And now just perceive which activities give you joy.

Are there some activities in your private life like some sports or meeting friends or cooking that give you joy or and also activities at work for example that you like to work with some people,

That you like some tasks.

So just imagine for a moment all of these activities that give you joy and allow the joy to flow into your body.

And which of these activities could you do more often?

Maybe there are some activities that you have forgotten about.

Now we move to the end of this joy meditation.

Imagine that everything you perceive now that gives you joy is around you.

So perceive the people you imagined before that imagine that they are around you.

Believe the activities maybe you see some pictures in which you are doing these activities around you.

And of course perceive also the things in the room or about yourself that you like.

And allow the joy and maybe gratitude to be in your body.

And feel how the joy in your body is flowing into every cell.

Imagine that this joy is moving out of your heart.

It's moving into your arms,

Forearms,

Hands and fingers.

The joy flows down into your belly,

Into your back,

Into your pelvis,

Into your sides,

Knees,

Lower legs and feet.

And also imagine that this amazing energy of joy is moving into your throat and into your head.

Maybe also here you see a color.

Maybe it's yellow or golden energy or orange.

Just check what you like the most.

And if you want to also imagine that this amazing energy of joy is moving into your aura so that you are surrounded by this amazing energy.

Just enjoy to be in this joyful energy and be aware that at any time,

Every day,

You can reconnect to this joy or by doing some exercises or by doing again this meditation.

So you are the master of your energy and you can decide what energy you want to create for yourself.

So now it's time to come back slowly,

Slowly.

Reconnect to your breath.

Feel the ground underneath you.

Maybe you want to move your body a bit,

Extend your arms,

Your legs,

Maybe shake out your hands,

Whatever you need to feel good.

And now take some deep breaths out and in before you open your eyes.

Take this amazing energy into your everyday life.
