Today's practice is for breathing in awareness and breathing in abundance.
Merging a couple of meditation modalities,
We will use the Pranayama,
Just gentle,
Deep breathing,
Being aware of the inhalation on the edges of our nostrils,
The way our lungs fill and rise and expand,
How our body decompresses on the exhalation.
We will add in the mantra of Shreem,
The sound of abundance,
With each exhalation,
Quietly,
Silently to yourself.
We'll repeat this breath for 30 rounds,
Sinking it deeply into our heart,
Deeply into our being.
Shreem,

Abundance of desires,
Abundance of compassion,
Of wealth and prosperity,
Of wealth and prosperity.

Breathing in gently and out.
Shreem,
Abundance of desires,
Abundance of compassion,
Staying with your breath,
Gently calling to mind things that you wish you were more abundant in.
Perhaps what you need is more money,
More friendship,
More understanding and compassion.
Breathing in,
Filling those lungs and exhaling a stream of abundance.
Breathing out,
Filling those lungs and exhaling a stream of abundance.
Breathing out,

You are worthy and deserving of all things good.
Worthy of the abundance that joy and happiness bring.
By breathing in and letting a stream take hold,
You're freeing up space for that abundance to grow.
Placing a hand over your heart.
Feeling,
Noticing,
Seeing how that hand rises and falls with each breath.
Each breath in,
Clearing space.
Each breath out,
Stream,
Abundance.
Stay with this rhythm for just a few more minutes.

Noticing that breath as it enters your body.
Exhaling a stream.

Each breath allows that stream,
That abundance to flow into your life with ease and grace.
Sit in this vibration.
Allow it to attract abundance in beautiful and creative ways.
