An appointment with myself.
When I spend a quality time with myself,
Just to be myself,
I have nothing to accomplish,
Nothing to prove.
I am relaxed with the knowledge that I already am what I am seeking to be.
I am seeking to be free,
To be complete.
Freedom,
Completeness is already my nature.
Why should I then have to strive for anything?
There is no occasion for even a desire.
Desire is because I have taken for granted that I need to change.
I need to become someone else.
There is no need to become someone else.
I do not also need anyone else's favor because I am the complete being without my having to do anything,
Without anyone else having to do anything.
And therefore,
I am not seeking any favor.
I am not seeking any approval.
I am not making any demands on anyone.
Next is the ocean.
It doesn't require.
The ocean does not depend upon the rivers for its fullness.
This is the nature of ocean whether rivers bring water or not.
And so also I am a complete being.
I do not need any favor from anyone.
There are no desires to be fulfilled.
A desire is an expression of incompleteness.
But I am complete.
And therefore,
There is no room for desire.
It is true that it has become a habit of my mind to desire a variety of things.
But in the light of what I understand,
A desire has no occasion.
I have no desire.
I have no expectation of any favor.
I make no demand upon anyone of any kind.
If things happen,
It is in order.
If things do not happen,
That is also in order.
Because the completeness that I am does not depend upon things happening or not happening.
I do not become greater on account of something happening or not happening.
And therefore,
All concerns are given up.
No expectations,
No demands,
No desires.
And I do not make any demands on myself also.
I do not need to be different from what I am.
I gracefully accept myself.
I gracefully accept everything as it is.
I gracefully accept the world as it is.
Graceful acceptance means I have no complaints.
I have no demands.
I do not blame.
Everything,
Everybody,
Every person is in order as they are.
I am also in order as I am.
How the body is does not matter.
How the mind is does not matter.
How anything is does not matter.
Everything is in order.
And therefore,
No demands from my body.
No demands from my mind.
A graceful acceptance of my body.
A graceful acceptance of my mind.
With graceful acceptance,
I am comfortable.
I am comfortable with the world.
I am comfortable with myself.
There is no desire,
No demand,
No expectation in my mind.
The mind is thus free from desires,
Free from expectations,
Free from demands.
The mind is at peace.
I have no complaint against the world.
I have no complaint against myself.
The mind has no complaints.
No expectations.
No demands.
No desires.
What is,
Is in order.
There is no need to change anything because what is,
Is the manifestation of completeness.
Purnameva Vasishchide.
In the vision of the wise person,
What remains is purnam,
Completeness,
Wholeness.
When there is no demand,
No expectation,
No complaint,
Then there is love.
I love the world as it is,
The people,
The situations,
The gain and loss,
The honor and dishonor,
The success and failure.
Whatever it is,
I lovingly accept it.
And I lovingly accept myself as I am.
I have no agenda for anyone.
I have no agenda for myself.
The mind is free from agenda.
The mind is at peace.
In this peaceful state of the mind,
I see that peace is my nature.
I do not have to become peaceful.
Peace,
Silence,
Tranquility is my nature.
I do not need to experience peace.
I do not need to experience tranquility.
I am peace.
Here the experiencer and the experienced are not different.
All there is is peace,
Silence,
Fullness.
And that is ananda.
Complete relaxation.
Total comfort.
Total contentment.
That is the core reality always existing.
The core reality about myself is total silence,
Total contentment.
Self existing,
Self shining,
Self sufficient.
No lack,
No want.
No lack,
No want.

The fullness,
The silence is the core reality.
It is always the self-existing,
