This is guided meditation in which you don't have to do anything,

You just have to listen to these words and follow the meaning.

And relax.

This is a very simple meditation,

An appointment with myself.

A quality time that I spend with myself when there is no agenda,

Whatever.

I have no expectations,

I'm not seeking any new experience,

I'm not seeking any new sensation,

I'm just seeking to be myself.

I don't have to prove myself to anybody.

I don't have to pretend to be anything.

I don't have to become anybody.

I just have to be myself.

Usually I'm seeking to change,

I'm trying to become something other than what I am.

Because there is a dissatisfaction with myself as I am.

However,

Right now I give up all attempts to become something else.

Accepting myself,

Respecting myself as I am.

I do not have to judge myself based on arbitrary standards set up by the world.

I do not have to judge myself based on demands and expectations that the world has.

The infinite wisdom has made me what I am.

And hence,

What I am as I am is alright.

That means accept myself,

Respect myself as I am.

When there is acceptance of myself,

There is peace.

When I do not accept myself,

There is conflict.

I have no reason not to accept myself.

That I am a human being,

It is a great privilege.

That I am a spiritual seeker,

A great privilege and a great blessing.

That I am here,

A greater blessing.

Indeed I am a blessed person.

It is true that this body-mind complex is limited.

My physical body has limitations.

But that is how it is designed to be.

I lovingly accept my body,

Whether it's virtues and limitations.

Whether male or female,

Young or not so young,

Strong or not so strong,

Whatever be the condition of the physical body,

It is a great gift of Ishvara.

I lovingly accept my body.

I give up all demands from my own body and accept my body as it is.

And there is no conflict with the body.

I accept my mind.

This is also a great gift that I can think,

I can feel,

I can remember,

I can learn.

The mind is a wonderful faculty,

A great gift.

No doubt there are limitations in the mind.

Image wise,

Memory wise,

There are limitations.

But the mind is a limited faculty.

To be limited is not an offense.

I lovingly accept my mind with its emotions,

With its memories,

With its wisdom,

With its limitations.

I lovingly accept my mind.

I drop all demands from my mind.

I let go all demands from my body.

I let go all demands from my mind.

When I do not judge myself based on arbitrary standards set up by the world,

I find that I am all right as I am.

I lovingly accept myself as I am.

I accept my life as it is.

With its successes and lack of success,

With accomplishments,

Lack of accomplishments.

However my life has been,

I gratefully accept it.

I have no way of knowing that it would have been better had it been different.

And hence I accept all aspects of myself as they are.

I have no demands,

No expectations of myself.

I am comfortable with myself.

I bless the world to be what it is.

I do not compete,

Do not compare,

Do not judge,

Do not brand.

I am respecting myself as I am.

Because that is how the infinite wisdom has created me.

And there is self-acceptance.

Non-acceptance is a habit.

To judge myself is a habit.

To compare myself is a habit.

I drop that habit.

I accept the judgment of the infinite wisdom.

Only accept myself as I am.

No resistance,

No demands of myself.

Everything is alright in its place and I am alright in my place.

Then my mind is at peace.

Peace is the nature of the mind.

It is because of the expectations of myself that the mind gets disturbed.

When there is acceptance,

The mind is at peace,

Which is its nature.

When the mind is at peace,

I see myself also as a peaceful,

Silent being.

I am a silent,

Conscious being.

I possess this body.

I am not the body.

I possess the mind.

I am not the mind.

I am aware of my body.

I am the witness of my body.

I am aware of my mind,

Aware of the thoughts,

Aware of the feelings.

I am the aware of the mind,

Witness of the mind.

I see myself as a silent,

Conscious person.

A simple,

Silent,

Conscious person I am.

In fact,

Simple,

Silent consciousness I am.

This is the fact about me,

Whether I have not paid attention.

When the mind is silent,

I pay attention to myself.

I am silent consciousness.

Peace,

Silence is my nature.

When I create a distance with the body,

A distance with the mind,

Not physical distance,

But in terms of understanding,

Then I see myself as a simple,

Silent consciousness at peace with herself.

This is what I always am.

This is what harmonium does.
