Welcome.
My name is Suzanne Robichaud and I am a registered clinical hypnotherapist.
And this quick guided meditation will help you to clear away any negative energy and replace it with positive radiant energy,
Allowing you to feel grounded and wonderful.
So before we begin,
Make sure that you found a place where you can sit comfortably and you won't be disturbed.
Remember to never listen to this.
If you're driving or operating any kind of machinery,
Your eyes will be closed and you will be going within.
So let's begin.
Take in a nice big deep breath,
Filling right up.
And as you exhale,
Let your eyes close down.
Take in another nice big deep breath,
Filling right up.
And this time as you exhale,
Just imagine all tension flowing from your body.
One more nice big deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Just allow all chaos and busyness from your mind to just flow right out of your body with your breath.
Bring your awareness now to your breathing,
Just breathing naturally in and out your nose.
I want you to begin to count in your mind to three as you breathe in and five as you exhale.
Just for a few breaths.
As you allow that exhale to be longer than the inhale,
It will signal your body to relax.
So in to three and out to five.
Now,
Forget all about the breathing.
Bring your awareness to the muscles around your eyes.
Let your eyelids become wonderfully relaxed.
All the muscles around your eyes become soft.
Let that feeling expand beyond your eyes throughout your whole face.
Let all of the muscles in your face become soft and relaxed and smooth.
Think for a moment about any tension being held within the shoulders or throughout your neck,
Just flowing out of your body with your breath.
Just think about those muscles becoming soft and smooth.
Now think about your hands,
Your arms.
Feel them resting weightless.
Now your legs and your feet resting as your whole body begins to just relax and to let go.
Now,
I want you to imagine or even just think about beautiful light flowing in from above you into the top of your head.
Just imagine this light flowing down into the top of your head.
It's flowing over the top of your head,
Over your scalp and flowing into your head as it begins to clear away any negative energy.
Just focus on this light here and now in this moment.
All that matters is this light.
Begin to feel this light,
Guide this light down over the eyes,
Behind the eyes,
Down over the nose,
Through the nose and the ears,
Down through your head,
Down to the mouth,
The jaw,
The tongue,
The throat,
The chin.
So that from within your mind you can visualize,
You can imagine,
You can think about your whole head is filled with this beautiful flowing light that's continuously flowing into you.
It's still flowing in,
Down into the neck.
Now guide it right down in through every fiber,
Every cell,
Every muscle in your neck.
It begins to flow down into the shoulders,
Down into your arms.
Right down past the elbows,
The forearms,
Right out the palms of your hands,
The tips of your fingers.
So that within your mind you can visualize,
You can imagine,
You can even just think about this light filling your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders and your arms.
And as you focus on it,
Maybe you even feel a very gentle tingling sensation in the palms of your hands,
The tips of your fingers.
Sometimes you will,
Other times you won't,
It doesn't matter.
Just focus on the light.
Begin to guide the light down into your upper body now,
Into your chest,
Your back,
Over your body and through your body,
Through every organ,
Every gland,
Every fiber,
Every cell,
Every muscle,
Every bone,
Through the nerves of your body.
All the way down to your hips and your waist so that your whole upper body is glowing with this beautiful light.
A very gentle tingling sensation begins to flow through your body.
And you just focus on this light,
Just allowing this light to wash away,
To clear away any negative energy.
So you guide it down into the legs now,
Just begin to feel it flowing down from the waist through your body into your legs,
Flowing down your legs through every muscle,
Every fiber,
Every cell,
Just flowing down,
Down,
Down into the knees.
And you just focus on the light.
Guide it down into the calves now,
Through the ankles,
Through your heels,
Right out the soles of your feet,
The tips of your toes.
And this light continues to flow,
It's just flowing into you,
Flowing into you and through you at the palms of your hands.
Flowing into you and through you at the palms of your hands,
Out the soles of your feet.
Clearing away any negative energy.
Now,
As your whole body is filled with this beautiful light,
This positive radiant energy,
I want you to begin to think about something or some things that you are grateful for.
We all have things that we can be grateful for.
So in this moment,
Just think about something,
Someone,
Things in your life that you are so grateful for.
Feel that gratitude.
And as you focus on this thing,
This person,
Whatever it is that you're focusing on,
While you're focusing on this gratitude,
Begin to feel it and begin to allow it to expand.
Begin to imagine that this light that's flowing in you and through you is beginning to expand beyond your physical body,
Radiating outwards,
Pulsating outwards,
Vibrating outwards like ripples in a pond.
Just beginning to vibrate outwards,
Expanding beyond your body,
Maybe even in rhythm with your breath.
And you still think about and feel that gratitude filling you up.
You are in control of what you think about and how you feel.
And you are strengthening that ability right now.
The more you do this,
The easier it will become so that it will just be something automatic for you.
So just focus on that gratitude.
Allow yourself to feel.
And just allow this light to expand,
This gratitude to expand beyond you,
Filling up the entire room that you're in.
Growing stronger and stronger,
A tingling feeling will come and go.
Maybe you can feel the vibration pulsating around your physical body.
Just stay here for a few moments,
Filled with this beautiful light,
This beautiful positive energy.
Feeling absolutely wonderful and allow yourself to feel it because it will anchor this technique into your subconscious mind.
This ability will become stronger and stronger,
Faster,
Easier and quicker.
Now,
Begin to pull the energy back into your body if that feels right for you.
Just pull it all back into your physical body.
Maybe you pull it all back into a ball of energy right there in your core,
Right there under your rib cage.
Beautiful ball of energy that you keep there all day long,
Keeping you grounded and centered,
Filled with this beautiful positive energy.
And just stay here for as long as you like,
As long as you can,
Whatever feels right.
And when you're ready,
Just open your eyes,
Stretch and carry this wonderful feeling with you everywhere you go as you go throughout your day.
