Hello and welcome to this meditation that is going to help you to feel safe and connected to your body.
Take a few moments to make sure that you're sitting in a comfortable position,
Maybe even laying down for this one.
Make sure that all distractions have been turned off so you can really get into this meditation.
Use a headset if you can for the best experience.
And only listen to this at the appropriate time and in the appropriate place.
Your eyes will be closed and you will be going within.
And if you're ready,
Let's begin.
Let's begin by taking a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale out the mouth,
Let your eyes close down.
When you're ready,
Take another nice,
Big,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale slowly,
Just allow your body to relax.
Letting go of any tension being held in the body with the breath.
And now.
I'd like you to place one hand on your heart.
And the other hand on your belly,
On your stomach.
And I want you to affirm.
This is my time to reconnect with myself and create a sense of safety within.
This is my time.
To reconnect with myself.
And create a sense of safety within.
And take another nice,
Big,
Deep breath in.
Just inhale deeply through the nose.
Feel your abdomen expand.
And exhale slowly out the mouth.
Releasing any stress or negativity.
And as you continue to breathe.
Naturally.
With each breath.
Imagining,
Inhaling calm and peace.
And allowing any lingering tension.
To just flow from the body with the breath.
Allow your body to begin to surrender to the surface beneath that.
Feel your body becoming heavier.
With each breath.
Sinking deeper and deeper.
Into the relaxation.
I'd like you to imagine.
A warm soft light.
Surrounding you.
And this light represents safety.
And comfort.
And as you breathe in.
Imagine this light entering your body.
Filling every cell with warmth and peace.
And with each exhale.
Imagine any feelings of discomfort or fear.
Leaving your body.
Dissipating into the air.
And as you continue.
To focus on your breath.
Breathing naturally.
I'm going to count from 10 down to 1.
With each number,
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a wonderful deep state.

Feel your body becoming heavier and heavier.

Any last little bits of tension that were in the body.
Flow from the body with your next exhale.
It's drifting deeper.
And be a bird.
And to the peace.

Understanding that there is no limit to the amount of peace you can feel,
No limit to the amount of relaxation you can experience.
For you to surrender.
Sex.
Embracing this warm,
Soft light.
As it flows through your body.
Flows all around you.

Deeper and deeper.
4… letting go completely 3 Feeling a serene stillness within.
You're almost there.
Fully embraced by safety.
One.
Letting go completely Letting go into a wonderful deep state,
Deep body sleep.
It's a wonderful feeling.
Allow yourself to feel it so you can remember it.
So your body and your mind can come back to this feeling anytime you choose.
And in this deeply relaxed state.
I'd like you to visualize yourself in a safe and peaceful place.
Take a moment to be here.
Noticing the colors.
Sounds.
The sense.
But most importantly.

Noticing how you feel.
Allow yourself to feel fully fully immersed in this safe space.
And how it feels.
And as you sit in this safe space.
I want you to begin to reconnect.
To your body.
Start at the toes.
Feel them relax and become weightless.
Begin to move your awareness up to your feet.
Through your feet.
The ankles and into the calves.
With every breath that you exhale.
These areas soften.
And feel safe.
And this feeling continues to flow through the legs,
The hips.
The abdominal area.
Your chest.
Your arms.
Blowing all through the back.
The shoulders and the neck.
New fear.
The rise and fall of the belly.
Maybe.
With one of your hands on your heart.
You can feel your heart beating.
As you connect to your body.
And you affirm.
I am safe.
In my body.
I love my body.
And you feel safe in your own skin.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Feel that gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and you breathe out.
And with every heartbeat.
Visualize a flow of safety radiating throughout your body.
Reminding you that you are safe.
You are whole.
And you are enough.
I am safe in my body.
I love and I trust my body.
I am safe to feel safe in my body.
I trust myself and I trust my feelings.
My body is my temple.
I love my body and I honor my body.
And these affirmations,
These statements,
Sink deep into your subconscious mind.
I want you to know that each time that you repeat them,
You are reinforcing your sense of safety and comfort.
And I'd like you to imagine that soft,
Beautiful light.
Becoming brighter and more vibrant.
Infusing every cell of your being.
This light is a shield of safety,
Protecting you and allowing you to explore your body free from fear or discomfort.
Whenever you feel uncertain or anxious,
You can return to this beautiful soft light in this place in your mind.
It is always within you,
Ready to provide comfort and reassurance.
Can you let go into this feeling?

Connecting to the body.
Feeling the rise and fall of the chest or the belly.
Feeling your body under your hands.
I am safe in my body.
It is safe to feel safe in my body.
I love and trust my body.
I trust myself and I trust my feelings.

You can stay in this wonderful feeling.

Just open up your eyes.

That you can carry this sense of safety as you go throughout your day.
