Welcome,
My name is Suzanne Robichaud and I'm a registered clinical hypnotherapist.
And welcome to this guided meditation that is going to help you to clear away any negative or trauma energy that is still being held within your body.
Let's begin.
Take a nice big deep breath in,
Filling right up and as you exhale,
Let your eyes close down,
Let your eyes become heavy.
Let's take another nice big deep breath in,
Breathing in and as you exhale,
Just let all tension flow from your body.
Just begin to breathe naturally now in and out your nose.
Just for a few moments,
I want you to follow the flow of your breath as it flows through your body.
Just follow your breath as it flows all the way down into the belly and as it flows right out your body.
Let it feel good on the exhale to let go.
Just taking your time.
Just forgetting all about the breathing now.
Let's take a few moments to become grounded and centered to help bring your awareness inward,
To just let that whole outside world fade far away for a little while.
So I want you to imagine that you are standing in the middle of an empty room,
Any room you choose,
It doesn't matter.
And I want you to imagine that you can send energy from the center of your body all the way out to the wall in front of you in your mind.
Just imagine that energy flowing all the way to that wall.
It only takes a moment.
And now imagine pulling the energy back to the center of your body,
To the wall on the right now.
Just let that energy flow all the way to that wall.
And again,
You guide it back,
Bring it back to the center of your body behind you now.
Let that energy flow back behind you.
And again,
You bring it back to the center of your body,
To the left of you now.
Just imagine or think about that energy flowing all the way to that wall.
And again,
You bring it back to the center of your body.
Down now to the floor or the ground beneath your feet.
And I want you to imagine that energy flowing back up through the soles of your feet,
Flowing up through your legs,
All the way up to the center of your body.
And it continues to flow up through the chest,
The neck,
The face,
Right out the top of your head,
Flowing all the way up to that ceiling above you in your mind.
And now,
Just guide the energy back down,
Down through the top of your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Your chest,
To the center of your body.
And you just bring your awareness back to your breathing for a few moments.
You don't have to do anything with your breath.
See if just for a few moments,
If you can just observe your body breathing slow,
Deep,
And rhythmic all on its own for just a few moments.
In a moment,
I'm going to begin to guide you into a wonderful deep state of body sleep.
Your body,
It already knows how to do this.
It happens every night when you go to bed.
Your body always falls asleep before your mind.
So as I count from 10 down to zero,
Just follow the very simple suggestions allowing your body to become so incredibly deeply relaxed while your mind stays focused on the sound of my voice.
Let's begin.
Just bring your awareness to your feet.
All tension is released from your feet.
Just feel your feet loose and limp,
Resting on the surface beneath you.
Nine.
I want you to think about a wonderful,
Soothing sensation,
A feeling that just allows you to feel so wonderfully relaxed.
And imagine that you are stepping into that feeling,
That wonderful,
Soothing feeling.
And that feeling continues to flow up through the ankles,
The calves,
Releasing all the muscles in your calves like elastic bands being released.
Eight.
Just continue now to think about this feeling,
To guide this feeling up through the knees,
The upper legs.
Just think about all of the muscles in your legs letting go like elastic bands being released.
And you're just the observer,
Observing how well your body responds to your thoughts,
Noticing if your legs are beginning to feel heavy or light.
Maybe one feels more relaxed than the other.
You just observe.
Seven.
This feeling of peace and calm flows all the way up to the hips,
The waist,
The lower abdominal area.
So that from the waist down to the soles of your feet,
You are becoming wonderfully,
Deeply relaxed.
And you just let go into this feeling,
This wonderful feeling that you are creating within your own body.
Six.
Just bring your awareness now to your abdominal area,
Your stomach.
Just think about all of those muscles letting go like elastic bands being released.
Feel any tension,
Any anxiety being held in the body just flow from the body with your breath.
As you just let go,
Allowing it to be a pleasure to turn the whole world off for a little while.
You are aware to whatever is important,
So wonderfully undisturbed by the unimportant.
Five.
Halfway down now.
Halfway there to that beautiful deep state of body sleep.
You just think about this feeling flowing through your back,
Your chest,
Your shoulders.
Think about all of the muscles in your back,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
All letting go like elastic bands being released.
Four.
Your breathing remains slow,
Deep and rhythmic.
A tingling feeling will come and go,
Most often in the hands.
A floating sensation drifts in and out and you just enjoy that feeling,
That sensation whenever it comes upon you.
Three.
Just bring your awareness to your arms.
Just think about all of the muscles in your arms letting go like elastic bands being released.
Let that feeling of relaxation flow down,
Spread down through the elbows,
The forearms,
The palms,
The hands,
The tips of the fingers.
And you just observe as your arms begin to feel heavier and heavier,
Or lighter and lighter.
Whatever you feel is perfect for you.
You just let go into this feeling.
Just letting your body sink down into a wonderful deep state of body sleep while your mind stays focused on the sound of my voice.
Two.
Just bring your awareness to the muscles in your neck,
Those muscles that hold your head up all day long.
Just think about all of those muscles letting go like elastic bands being released.
You may even notice your shoulders drop ever so slightly.
You just let go into this wonderful feeling that you are creating.
This deep relaxation in your body while your mind stays focused on each and every word that I say.
One.
Let that feeling spread through your scalp.
Just think about it spreading up through your scalp,
Soothing your scalp like a wonderful head massage.
And this feeling flows into your forehead,
Smoothing your forehead,
Over your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Relaxing all of the muscles around and throughout your eyes.
Letting your eyelids become so relaxed,
So wonderfully relaxed that they feel heavy.
And that feeling continues to flow down,
Spread down through the cheeks,
The jaw.
So that even your tongue is relaxing,
Resting in your mouth.
Your breathing is slow,
Deep and rhythmic.
Your whole body just lets go into this wonderful feeling as you sink down,
Drift down,
Right down to zero.
Just letting your whole body give way as your mind stays focused on the sound of my voice.
And with every breath that you exhale,
Somehow,
Someway,
Your body feels more relaxed than on the breath before.
You just let go into this beautiful,
Peaceful feeling.
There's no limit to the amount of peace you can feel or experience.
You just let go.
And as you let your body go today,
I want you to think about a beautiful,
Peaceful,
Safe place.
A beautiful,
Peaceful,
Safe place somewhere outside,
Somewhere beautiful and peaceful.
It may be a place that you are familiar with.
Maybe it's completely new.
Just take a moment to be there.
A wonderful,
Peaceful place outside on a beautiful day.
Just how you like it.
And as you are thinking about,
Imagining,
Visualizing this place,
I want you to see if maybe you can even feel the ground or the floor beneath your feet.
Maybe you can reach out in your mind and touch and feel the texture of something between your fingers and your thumb.
Some do,
Others don't.
It doesn't matter.
You just take a moment to be there.
To let your mind take you away to a beautiful,
Peaceful,
Safe place.
And as you are laying there comfortably,
Just letting go in your body,
Just being the gentle observer,
I want you to think about that negative energy.
That energy that was created maybe from negative past experiences,
Past trauma.
That energy that may still be lingering within your body.
Don't let it affect you right now.
Don't let it suck you in or pull you in.
I want you to just think about it.
You're just the observer.
An observer of your body,
Of any sensations,
Any feelings that come up for you.
But just think for a moment about that energy that you can feel somewhere in your body.
That negative energy that your body is still holding onto.
That negative energy that brought you here to this moment with me.
Notice if you can feel it in your body.
Some do,
Others don't.
It doesn't matter.
But if you do,
Notice how it feels.
Big or small,
Deep or shallow.
Does it feel like an emptiness or a void?
You just observe how this energy feels where it is in your body.
Now,
I want you to visualize,
I want you to think about,
I want you to imagine a beautiful radiant light being walking towards you.
A beautiful radiant being of light just walking towards you now.
Glowing with beautiful,
Pure energy.
And as they are getting closer to you,
You can see that they are holding something in their hand.
A container of some kind.
And you can see that it too is filled with beautiful radiant light.
The most beautiful radiant light that you have ever seen.
And by now,
This beautiful being of light is right in front of you.
Holding out in their arms this offering for you.
This container.
You can see the light glowing,
Radiating from this container.
It's the shape of a beautiful heart.
Beautiful heart just glowing with beautiful radiant light.
And as you accept this gift,
And as you hold this container in your hands,
You can feel that beautiful light energy spread from your hands and flow into your body.
In through your arms.
Right into your body.
Flowing right in to that spot.
That place.
That place where that negative trauma energy was being held.
That beautiful radiant light just flowing right into you.
Through you.
Directly into that emptiness.
That void.
Flowing right in.
Clearing it away,
Washing it away.
Washing it away until that entire spot,
That emptiness,
That void,
That darkness,
That trauma energy is completely washed away.
Vanished.
Instead filled with this beautiful light that now glows and radiates from you.
And this beautiful light just flows to your entire body.
So that space is now a beautiful radiant light.
Your whole body is filled and glowing with this beautiful love,
Healing energy.
And you realize that that container is no longer in your hand.
That you now have in the place where that void,
Where that darkness used to be,
That you now instead have a beautiful radiant glowing heart.
And from this moment on,
Whenever you see a heart,
You are reminded that you are filled with love.
That you are love.
You have always been love.
Love is now and has always and forever will be available to you.
It is within you.
It can never be taken away.
It is who you are.
You are love.
That love radiates from within you.
And that negative dark trauma energy can never come back.
Because you are now filled with this beautiful light of love,
Of healing energy.
You are love.
And this love stays with you for now and forever.
And you just bask in this beautiful feeling.
Just feeling this love,
This beautiful light that connects you to your higher power.
To whatever feels right for you.
Just allow this beautiful love energy to just flow through your body.
And now that beautiful being of light just nods their head to let you know that your time today together is finished.
You thank them.
You thank this beautiful light being for this beautiful gift,
This beautiful reminder that you are love.
You are always love.
Giving that beautiful light to flow through your body.
And you remember whenever you see a heart,
You are always reminded that you are love.
That you have that love within you always.
It can never be taken from you.
And as you lay back,
You let go even more.
Just allowing that beautiful light to flow through your body,
Through every cell of your body.
You are love.
You can stay here as long as you like,
Basking in this feeling.
Whenever you are ready to move on with your day,
Just open up your eyes,
Stretch and have a beautiful day.
