Welcome.
My name is Suzanne Robichaux and I'm a registered clinical hypnotherapist.
And thank you for joining me today for this Be Here Now guided meditation.
Take a moment to make sure that you won't be distracted.
Find a place where you can sit and lay back comfortably.
So let's begin.
Take a nice big deep breath in,
Filling right up.
And as you exhale,
Let your eyes close down.
When you're ready,
Take another nice big deep breath in,
Filling right up.
And as you exhale,
Let your whole body go.
And for a few moments now,
I want you to just bring your awareness to your breathing.
Breathing in and out your nose.
And just following the flow of breath as it flows through your body.
Letting it feel good on the exhale.
So just let go.
Just using your breath to bring stillness to your body.
Quiet your mind.
Just a few more moments on your breath.
Exhaling slowly as you let go,
Allowing it to be a pleasure to turn the whole world off for a little while and to go within.
Just forgetting all about the breathing now.
And I want you to bring your awareness to your body for a few moments.
Bring your awareness to the muscles around your eyes.
Let them become soft.
Let your eyelids become even heavier,
Even more relaxed.
Let that feeling of relaxation spread throughout your whole face,
Softening all of the muscles in your face.
Feel your jaw wonderfully relax.
And now your neck,
Your shoulders.
Just think about all of the muscles in your neck and your shoulders,
Letting go like elastic bands being released.
Just allow any tension to flow from the body.
Just flow from the body as you exhale.
And now your arms.
Just think about your arms so wonderfully relaxed.
Your breathing remains slow,
Deep and rhythmic.
And you allow it to be a pleasure to turn the whole world off,
To go within for a little while.
You understand that you are aware to whatever is important,
Wonderfully undisturbed by the unimportant.
So you just let go,
Allowing my voice to be your guide.
As you continue to allow your body to become wonderfully relaxed.
Just think now about all of the muscles in your back,
Letting go like elastic bands being released.
Feel any tension,
Any anxiety from your day,
From the week,
Just flow from your body with your breath.
As your whole upper body becomes wonderfully,
Deeply relaxed.
Your breathing remains slow,
Deep and rhythmic.
With every breath that you exhale,
You somehow,
Some way become more relaxed than on the breath before.
Just letting go into this wonderful feeling as it flows down,
Spreads down into your legs,
Releasing,
Relaxing all of the muscles in your legs,
Down through the knees and the calves,
Right out the soles of your feet.
And as you let go in your body,
With every breath that you exhale,
Your body somehow feels more relaxed than on the breath before.
It just happens automatically as your mind stays focused on the sound of my voice,
Allowing my voice to be your guide.
Now,
I want you to imagine that you're standing at the beginning of a long hallway.
And as you look down this hallway,
You can see that there is a room at the end.
It's filled with soft light.
And you begin now to walk down this hallway towards that room,
Noticing what the floor is made of,
What it feels like with every step that you take.
You begin to feel lighter and lighter,
Making your way towards that soft lit room at the end of the hallway.
And as you get closer,
You can see that there is a float tank waiting for you in this beautifully soft lit room.
And you have this space all to yourself and you have all the time in the world.
Nobody's wanting anything.
Nobody's needing anything from you.
And there are no expectations.
So you decide in this moment that you are going to enjoy this experience,
This here and now moment of peace,
Of stillness.
Now,
Before stepping into this wonderfully warm float tank,
You must let go of a few things in order to enjoy this moment completely.
So you'll see there beside the float tank is a small table and on the table is a little box with a lid.
Now,
Before you step into this float tank,
You must put into this box anything that you are still carrying from the past.
You don't need to analyze it.
You don't even need to know what it is.
You just imagine now putting the past into that box as energy,
As thoughts.
It doesn't matter.
As well as any concerns about the future,
Any concerns or worries about the future.
You don't need to analyze them.
You don't need to go through them one by one.
It doesn't matter.
Just put into that box all and any concerns or worries about the future.
And put the lid on the box.
And now,
Only this moment exists within this tank,
Within this room,
Within this space.
So you take a moment to prepare to step into the tank.
And once you are ready,
You step into the tank,
Feeling the warm water soothing your body.
You are ready to let go.
Ready to let go completely.
To just be in this moment,
Here and now.
So you lay back.
You just let your whole body just lay back into the water.
You take in a nice big deep breath,
Breathing in.
And as you exhale,
You float.
You lay back.
And you just float.
Just allowing the salt water to carry your body.
You just surrender.
You just let go completely.
And as you just let go,
You let it feel so good to just float,
To be in this moment weightless.
Not a care in the world.
Nothing matters but this moment,
Here and now.
And if for any reason,
Any outside thoughts come up,
Just let them float right through your mind,
Cutting any cords to those thoughts if or when you need to.
And you affirm quietly in your mind,
I am here now.
In this moment,
I am safe.
Nothing else matters in this now moment.
And I choose to enjoy this moment.
I am safe.
I am at peace.
And I am here now.
All that matters is this now moment.
And in this moment,
I am enough.
I do enough.
And I have enough.
In this moment,
Everything is okay.
I am here now.
I am safe.
In this moment,
Nothing else matters.
And I choose to enjoy this moment now.
I am safe.
I am at peace.
I am enough.
I do enough.
And I have enough.
And I am here now.
In this moment.
I am safe.
I am here.
I am safe.
I am here.
I am here now.
I am safe.
Nothing else matters in this moment.
I choose to enjoy this moment now.
I am safe.
I am at peace.
I am enough.
I do enough.
And I have enough.
I am here now.
In this moment.
I am safe.
I am here.
I am safe.
I am here.
I am here.
Feeling wonderfully refreshed.
Wonderfully at peace.
In this now moment,
This present moment,
It's time to leave,
To rinse off,
Feeling absolutely wonderful.
So you get up.
And out of the tank.
And you just imagine stepping into the shower that's there,
Just rinsing your whole body off.
Feeling absolutely wonderful.
At peace.
In this now moment.
You dry your body off.
And you get ready now to enjoy the rest of your day.
Remembering to stay in this present moment.
This now moment is where you feel the most at peace.
So you let go of the past.
You don't worry about the future.
Feeling ready to get on with the rest of your day.
When you're ready,
Just open up your eyes,
Stretch,
And you remember as you go throughout your day that it is this now moment that counts the most.
It is when you are in the present moment that you feel the most at peace.
And until next time,
Take care.
