This meditation will assist you in feeling grounded and balanced. Find a place where you will not be disturbed, turn off distractions, and simply follow the suggestions to help you achieve a grounded and balanced state at any time of the day. The background music is provided by Trisha Spire.

Hello,

And welcome to this guided meditation that is going to help you to feel grounded and balanced.

As you get ready for this meditation today,

I want you to make sure that you can turn all distractions off and really take this time for yourself.

Use a headset if you can for the best experience.

And if possible,

Find a place where you can sit up straight.

You can lean on something behind you if you like,

But just try to sit up straight if possible.

If that's not possible for you or uncomfortable for you,

Then sitting however you need to sit or lay back is totally fine.

It's not required for this meditation to work.

It's just nice to do this one sitting up straight,

If you can.

And of course,

Remember to only listen to this meditation or any meditations or hypnotherapy sessions at the appropriate time and the appropriate place.

Your eyes will be closed and you will be going within.

And when you're ready,

Let's begin.

And let's begin today by taking a couple of nice big deep breaths in.

I want you to breathe in through your nose,

Down into the belly,

And just exhale out the mouth,

Allowing it to feel good,

Like a release,

Like you're letting go of the day.

Just do that two or three times.

Nice big deep breath in,

Filling right up,

And exhaling,

Slowly letting go,

Allowing any tension to flow from the body with the breath,

Allowing your eyes to close down when it feels right,

And just beginning to allow the whole outside world to fade away,

Outside thoughts to leave your mind as you begin to focus on your breath for a few moments.

Just breathing naturally now,

In and out your nose,

Or however it feels right for you today,

Whatever is the easiest,

But I want you to simply observe yourself breathing for a few moments.

Use the movement of your breath to bring stillness to the body and quiet to the mind for just a few moments.

As you exhale,

Your shoulders drop,

Your arms become heavy or light.

Allow your body to settle where it is,

Your arms and your legs to become wonderfully relaxed.

Any tension in the neck or the shoulders just flows from the body with the breath.

Maybe you feel your shoulders drop even more.

And I want you to allow this to be what you need today.

Don't force anything.

Don't try.

Just listen and be in this moment and have this experience and observe how much control you truly do have over how you feel,

Allowing any outside sounds to fade away,

Outside thoughts to leave your mind.

Just being right here right now,

Ready,

Ready to return to a state of balance,

To be and to feel grounded.

And now I want you to imagine,

To simply think about yourself in a beautiful forest,

A beautiful safe forest.

Imagine yourself sitting or standing there,

Feeling the earth beneath your feet,

This beautiful,

Peaceful forest,

A beautiful light,

Energy from above you begins to flow down over the top of your head,

Into the top of your head.

This beautiful energy,

This beautiful light flowing over your scalp,

Smoothing your forehead as it flows down over the eyebrows and the eyelids,

Over your head and through your head,

Washing away,

Clearing away the busyness,

The thoughts,

The worries,

Whatever you're holding onto in your mind,

It just begins to clear it away,

Down through the cheeks and the ears,

This beautiful light,

This energy flowing right down through the jaw into the neck and the shoulders.

And you can feel this energy washing over you,

Flowing through you,

Through every organ,

Every gland,

Down into the upper body,

Flowing through the ribcage,

This beautiful healing light energy.

And you just continue to guide it down,

All the way down to the waist,

The hips,

Flowing through your body.

If you are sitting in this beautiful forest,

Maybe you feel it just flow right out the base of your spine,

The tip of your tailbone,

Just imagining this beautiful light flowing right out the body,

Maybe down through the legs and out the soles of the feet if you're standing.

But this beautiful energy,

This beautiful light just flows right through you,

Cleansing you,

Allowing you to be right here right now,

In this moment,

In this moment,

As the energy flows right through your body into the ground like roots of a tree,

Grounding you,

Connecting you to this here now moment.

You imagine this energy,

Your life force flowing down into the ground like roots and the energy from Mother Earth just flows into you,

Flows into you,

Fueling you with the beautiful energy,

Beautiful,

Pure energy,

Balancing you,

Healing you,

Grounding you.

Feel that strength flowing all the way up to the core of your body,

All the way up to the center of your body,

To your seat of power,

The core of who you are.

This beautiful light,

This beautiful energy becomes stronger and stronger,

Flowing through your body.

Maybe you even feel a gentle tingly sensation in different parts of the body.

Just allow this energy to flow through you.

Allow yourself to be fueled with this beautiful energy,

Connected and grounded,

Strong,

Just feeling strong here,

Grounded,

Connected,

Balanced,

Sitting in your seat of power,

Just sitting in silence,

Listening to your intuition for a few more moments.

And now I want you to pull the energy into the center of your body.

Just pull it all in.

This beautiful energy,

Just pulling it into your core,

The center of your body,

Keeping it there to keep you balanced,

To keep you grounded,

Pulling it all in.

Just take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in.

Let it feel good to exhale,

To let go.

Feeling wonderful,

Stretching if you like,

Opening your eyes when you're ready.

And have a wonderful day.
