I Am Enough Guided Meditation

Repetition is key when creating new beliefs, so practice daily to get the full benefit and feel the statements to help anchor them into your subconscious mind. Hello and welcome to the 10 minute guided meditation focusing on I am enough.

Take a moment to make sure that you are sitting comfortably,

That all distractions have been turned off.

Use a headset if you can for the best experience and remember to only listen to this at the appropriate time.

And when you are ready,

Let's begin.

Let's begin by taking that nice big deep breath in.

And as you exhale slowly,

Let your eyes close down.

Keeping your eyes closed,

When you're ready,

Take another nice big deep breath in,

Filling right up.

Hold it for a moment and as you exhale,

Let the muscles in your face become soft.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your arms become heavy and let it feel good to exhale,

To let go.

And one more.

On your own,

When you're ready,

Nice big deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly letting go,

Just allowing any lingering tension or stress to just flow from the body with your breath.

Just let it all go as you focus on the sound of my voice,

Listening to the statements,

The affirmations.

You can repeat them if you like,

But you don't need to.

Just listen and most importantly,

See if you can feel them.

If you can't feel them right away,

Think about what it would feel like to be able to feel them,

How wonderful it would feel to feel them.

Think about how much you want to feel them because as you begin to feel these statements,

It will help to anchor these beliefs into your subconscious mind,

Helping them to become a part of who you are,

A part of your belief system.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself fully.

I am worthy of loving myself.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I do enough.

I accept all parts of me.

I'm happy with the progress I am making.

I am beginning to see the results from loving and accepting myself.

I really am enough.

I have released what no longer serves me.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself fully.

I am honored to be me.

I respect my boundaries.

I listen to my intuition and I respect and listen to my feelings.

I am enough and I am worthy of a wonderful life.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I do enough.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself fully and completely.

I am worthy of loving myself.

I am enough.

I want you to feel these statements.

I want you to feel these affirmations.

I want you to feel how good it feels accepting yourself as being enough right now,

Even if you are making changes,

Even as you grow and learn.

You are enough right now,

Already,

And I want you to feel it,

Let it feel good and accepting this for yourself.

I accept all parts of me.

I am happy with the progress I am making.

I am beginning to see the results from loving myself and I have released what no longer serves me.

I am enough.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself.

I easily set boundaries where needed.

I honor my feelings.

I respect my feelings.

I am enough.

I am beginning to see how much easier my life is when I begin with loving myself because I am enough.

I have enough.

I do enough and I am worthy of a wonderful life.

I create boundaries where necessary and I respect my boundaries.

I am honored to be me.

I listen to my intuition.

I respect my feelings.

I am enough and I am worthy of a wonderful life.

I am enough.

I have enough and I do enough.

I am enough just as I am and I love and accept myself where I am on my journey of life right now.

Let it feel good.

Allow yourself to feel these feelings.

Let these feelings anchor themselves deep down into that deep part of your subconscious mind becoming a part of who you are,

A part of your belief system.

I am enough.

I am enough just as I am.

I accept all parts of me.

I am happy with the progress I am making.

I am beginning to see results from loving myself,

From accepting myself,

And I have released what no longer serves me.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I do enough.

I create boundaries where needed and I respect those boundaries.

I always listen to my intuition.

I pay attention to my feelings.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I do enough.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself fully and completely and I accept all parts of me.

I am so happy with the progress I am making in my life and no matter where I am,

I am so happy with the progress I am making in my life and even though I am working on myself,

Making the changes so that my life can be the best that it can be,

I know that I am already enough.

I have always been enough and I will always be enough.

Just allow these feelings to flow through you.

Focus on the feelings.

You stay here as long as you like.

Focusing on these feelings or returning to these feelings as often as you can when you go throughout your day,

Remembering,

Affirming to yourself,

I am enough and it feels so good.

When you're ready to move on,

Just open your eyes,

Stretch if you want,

And affirm one more time out loud,

I am enough.
