Things are always working out for me.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
To make sure that you won't be disturbed and use a headset for the best experience.
Let's begin.
Take a nice big deep breath in and as you exhale let your eyes close down.
Take another nice big deep breath in filling right up and this time as you exhale just allow all tension to flow from your body.
Just let it go.
And just continue now to breathe in and out your nose naturally.
Just following the flow of your breath for a few moments as it flows through your body.
Just using your breath to bring stillness to your body and quiet to your mind.
And as you follow the flow of your breath for a few moments I want to take a moment to remind you that things do usually work out.
Sometimes it may not seem like it at the time.
We may even get pulled in another direction but when we look back at our lives in hindsight we can see that things worked out and at times even better than we had expected.
So today right here right now let's take a few moments to affirm that things are always working out for me.
It's this or something better.
Let's take a nice big deep breath in breathing in and exhale again and let it feel good.
And now affirm with me things are always working out for me.

Take another nice big deep breath in.
Exhale and let it feel good.
Just allow any resistance to flow from your body and affirm again things are always working out for me.

Take another nice big deep breath in.
And just exhale and let it go.
And now for a few minutes simply affirming this statement to yourself all on your own.

And if any resistance comes up take a nice big deep breath in.
Exhale and let it go and continue with the statement for a few minutes until you hear my voice again.
