Meditation for self-confidence. Finding yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie. Allowing your beautiful body the space and support it needs. Allowing yourself to remain alert and aware as we go through this meditation for self-confidence, Self-love and self-esteem. Making yourself comfortable and allowing your eyes to gently close. Bring awareness to your breath. Breathing in, Breathing out, Breathing in, Breathing out. Our breath is something that we do naturally. Without awareness sometimes we know confidently that it will be there. That after every inhale we'll follow the exhale. It flows with ease naturally. When we feel confident we also flow more naturally with ease. More comfortable with who we are. Free from self doubt. Feeling happy, Authentic and aligned. Breathing in, Breathing out, Breathing in strength and breathing out insecurity. If you're currently experiencing self doubt, Worry or insecurity know that this will pass. Just as you can train your muscles in the gym you can also build and strengthen your confidence. Accepting imperfections, Creating positive self-talk and allowing yourself to feel empowered, Confident and strong. Breathing in, Breathing out, Feeling safe, Supported and strong. I would like you to think about how confident you currently feel. Is there a particular area in your life that you're struggling with confidence? With your next breath, Breathing in and I want you to draw that energy down to your tummy, To your solar plexus. This area is our energy center for personal power. Feeling that area begin to fill with beautiful positive energy. Strengthening and building and growing. Feeling a sense of warmth. Creating that fire in your belly. I want you to connect in and ask what does being confident look like for you? Do you see it as something admirable? Do you seek to feel more confident? Or do you view those that are confident as full of themselves or ego driven? Our relationship with confidence will also define how confident we feel in our own lives. To be confident is to be good, To be skilled at what we do. And like driving a car at first we are insecure, Worried and nervous but as time progresses and hours pass we become more accomplished. I want you now to think about and focus on the things that you're good at. And as you do this I want you to internally nod to yourself. Yes, I'm good at that. Yes, I mastered that. What have you learned through life? What skills have you acquired? What challenges have you overcome? Each experience we work through we spend time learning. We become more confident. No matter how small this achievement may have seemed to you, To others this may be something they struggle with. Are you great at letter writing? Computer programming? Running, Baking, Selling, Public speaking, Gardening? Think of all the things that you're great at. Allow that sense of confidence gathered in each of these areas to grow, To develop within you. I am confident. I am confident. You can feel confident and self-assured. It is not humanly possible to be great at everything. Perfection does not exist but learning does. Identifying what is important to us, What we're passionate about and following that will lead us to bliss, Contentment and happiness. Many of the things we notice that we're not confident in maybe we actually don't need to learn. We often compare our life to the lives of others. Breathing in, Breathing out. I want you now to take notice of what's important to you. Is the area you're seeking to be confident in an area that lights you up? If so, Incredible. You can learn and hone your skills in that area. You can practice and grow. Or is the area you wish to be more confident in an area you feel you should be more confident in? Are you allowing self-doubt and comparison to creep in? These are two very different things. Let's allow ourselves to accept the things we love and release the things we no longer need to be attached to. Allow ourselves to be in alignment with our own life. You are the creator of your confidence. I want you to bring that awareness back to your tummy, To your power center. And as you breathe in, Breathing in wonderful, Joyous yellow light and energy. You breathe that into your tummy, Strengthening your personal power, Allowing that energy to begin to expand, To fill your tummy and begin to flow through the rest of your body. Allow yourself to feel your body strengthen. Allow yourself to roll your shoulders back and open your chest, Allowing your ribs and belly to expand, Allowing your spine to straighten and your neck to lengthen, Feeling your crown rise, Allowing your whole body to be bathed in this glorious yellow energy. Feel that sense of self-belief, Of confidence and alignment. You are a powerful human being with an individual path to follow, Your own path to learn and grow and find contentment. See yourself radiating positive energy, Your posture demonstrating self-confidence, Repeating in your mind, I love and accept myself. My confidence and self-belief grows daily. I nurture my strengths and accept my imperfections. There is only one me. I am confident, Happy and fulfilled. See yourself now as the confident you. Visualize yourself in the situation you desire to feel confident. How do you look? What are you thinking? How is your posture? See yourself and feel into that moment. Take a moment to stand in your power and confidence. Know that it is achievable. I'm slowly going to guide you back to this moment but take these sensations of confidence and self-belief and a desire to learn and grow with you. Feeling the breath, Feel as if your whole body is breathing, Engaging with the sensations of your body on the chair, Mat or floor. Feeling the weight of your body, Breathing, Smiling, Being in alignment, Wishing you a day filled with confidence and belief. You can do it with love from me to you. You can do it with love from me to you. You can do it with love from me to you.
