Welcome to creating your dream life.

Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down with your back nice and straight.

And I want you just to gently close your eyes.

And with your eyes closed we're going to begin to take some beautiful nice deep breaths.

Breathing in fully and exhaling fully.

Breathing in and breathing out.

I want you to gently place your hands on your heart.

And with your hands on your heart just visualise that you're drawing your breath in through your heart and out through your heart.

You're connecting to your core,

You're connecting to your authentic self.

And as you breathe in now I want you to repeat in your mind,

I am worthy.

And as you exhale,

I am supported.

It's with this belief of worthiness and support that we can begin to lead the life that we desire.

Breathing in,

I am worthy.

Exhaling,

I am supported.

I'm now going to begin to take you through some questions.

And I want you just to think from your heart as you answer these questions,

Not from your head.

Nothing is off limits.

This is your dream.

This is your dream life.

So as you begin your day and you wake in the morning,

Where are you?

What time of day is it as you wake?

Where are you living?

And as you open the curtains and greet the day,

What is that first thought?

What do you see as you open those curtains and what do you think?

As you walk through your house and home,

Just noticing what kind of house or home it is.

If you're alone or if you're with family or pets or friends.

How do you start your day?

What routines and rituals support you?

Nothing is off limit.

And as you move through your day and begin to have your breakfast,

Do you eat alone or do you eat with someone else?

As you move into your day,

How do you dress?

What are you wearing?

Just making mental notes of all these things.

Do you work?

And if so,

What job is it that you're doing?

And if you don't,

What activities are you taking part in throughout your day?

This is your opportunity to create your daily schedule.

What do you do within your day to nourish yourself?

What opportunities are there for self care?

And as you draw towards the end of the day,

What does your evening's activity look like?

Are you socializing?

Are you at home?

Who is there with you?

Who surrounds you?

And what are your relationships like?

And as you settle down for your evening,

As you climb into bed,

How do you feel?

What's your final thought to end the day?

I want you now to breathe in and out through your heart.

And just visualize a beautiful white movie screen in front of you.

And as you watch the screen,

You watch yourself,

You watch your dream life flashing moment by moment.

You can see yourself,

Your friends,

Your loved ones.

And you smile.

And you know in your heart that this will happen.

I want you now to bring that screen closer to you until you're inside that movie of your life.

And as you walk through that perfect day and that dream life,

Notice how you feel.

Do you feel light?

Do you feel excited?

Take time to enjoy this life,

Acknowledge the smells.

Soak it all in.

Absorbing absolutely every single part of it.

Breathe.

Breathe it in.

Drawing it closer and every time you visualize this dream life,

You're bringing it closer and closer to reality.

What can you hear?

What conversations are going on around you?

What sounds?

Believe.

Trust that this is happening.

This is true.

So just enjoy this moment with your hands on your heart,

Breathing and in your mind thinking.

I am living my dream life.

I am living my dream life.

I am living my dream life.

Smiling,

Breathing with a heart full of gratitude for what you have already and what is yet to come.

Breathing in again.

I am worthy.

Exhaling,

I am supported.

Breathing in,

I am worthy.

Exhaling,

I am supported.

With this all firmly planted in our mind,

Body and soul,

Know that you are attracting,

You are manifesting and bringing this dream life closer and closer every time you take time to visualize it.

Do this daily.

Do this morning.

Do this night.

However long it takes for you to believe that this is happening.

So with an open heart,

You are going to guide yourself back,

Maybe wriggling your fingers and toes,

Smiling,

Breathing deeply,

Stretching,

Yawning.

And in your mind say thank you three times.

Now go,

Go live that life that you deserve and desire.
