I invite you to take a time out and join me in this prayer to take the pressure off.
Whether that pressure comes from external situations or from within yourself,
It's often only when we anchor into the stillness and reclaim some spaciousness that we get to feel and sense and know that at the deepest level,
All is well.
Now let's begin with an intention to navigate beneath the clouds of confusion,
Uncertainty,
Stress,
Worry or doubt,
And I invite you to softly come to rest within your own body,
Just sighing out what's gone before this moment and with a sense of gratitude to be right here right now,
Taking this moment for stillness and prayer,
Recognizing that there is an exquisite power and presence and love that lives and breathes us,
That infuses everything with its light and that is the source of all creation,
All prayers,
All dreams and visions.
Knowing that there is no place where this presence is not,
And that right where you are sitting or lying,
It is there in its fullness,
A presence of peace,
Of compassion,
Unconditional love,
Of wisdom,
Of freedom,
Of grace,
And knowing that you the listener are one with this presence and can never ever be separate from it,
Whatever obscures the truth of who you are is being dissolved away,
The self-doubt,
The guilt,
The shame,
The patterns of judging yourself or being hard on yourself,
With each breath that you take there is a commitment on the exhalation to let this stuff of life go and to open up a space of freedom,
A space in which you get to live again,
To birth a new version of yourself that is deeply anchored in Source,
And I affirm that this presence becomes tangible to you right now in the most beautiful,
Gentle way,
Such that you breathe in presence and you breathe out love,
Deepening into the mystery of who you are,
The mystery of the Creator itself,
And allowing for there to be an expansion in consciousness that creates a whole new way to live where the pressure is lifted off,
Where there is clear vision,
Where the pattern of pushing and forcing yourself to do things,
Or second-guessing yourself or making yourself wrong just has no substance anymore,
And in its place is a clarity of action and vision where the next right step just arises,
And you take it.
There is an ease and a grace,
An effortlessness to it.
I trust to know that anything that feels difficult is being reconfigured as I speak these words,
And what is emerging is a beautiful sense of lightness,
A sense of possibility,
A sense of knowing that everything is in divine right order and unfolding for your good.
All that there is is this now moment,
Taking the focus off the future and the focus off the past and coming to be now,
And as we deepen into the stillness,
We deepen into that feeling tone of all needs met,
All prayers answered,
Allowing this to bubble up as your living breathing experience,
And as the pressure is lifted and cleared,
What arises in its place is a sense of joy,
A sense of wonder,
A sense of freedom,
Allowing this frequency to become anchored in the body,
To permeate the circulatory system,
To be in the breath,
To be in the mind,
To bring ease to anywhere that needs relief,
Such that instead of operating from a place of believing that you should be more or better or different,
There's just a delight in honoring what is here as you,
Exactly as you are,
No mistake,
Ever,
And as we breathe a collective sigh of relief to know the deeper truth of who we are,
That eternal aspect of ourselves that has never done wrong,
That has never been wronged,
But abides through it all as a shimmering beautiful presence,
I trust that there is an activation taking place that allows for more of your light to shine in the world,
More of your truth to be expressed,
More of your soul's work and play to come into form,
And that you become a carrier of a new way of being that does indeed take the pressure off,
Not only for yourself but for your loved ones.
Give thanks to know that we are part of an amazing expansion and awakening on the planet,
A shift in consciousness,
Waves and waves of upliftment,
That the divine perfection of Source knows exactly what it's doing through each of us,
And that we co-create a web of light with Mother Earth to bring healing,
Freedom and awakening,
To giving thanks to know,
Deeply know,
That all is well,
I'm releasing this prayer into law,
