Welcome,

I'm Susanna,

And I'm here to guide you on a journey into restful,

Healing sleep.

I know how frustrating and debilitating sleeplessness can be,

And it's my joy to help you naturally find your way back to deep relaxation and restorative rest.

Over time,

We'll rewrite your sleep story,

So that you reclaim the ability to unwind easily,

Both mentally and physically,

Night after night,

And drop into the sweet surrender of peaceful,

Healing sleep.

With practice,

Bedtime can become a beautiful and nourishing part of your day,

Something you look forward to.

And should you awaken during the night,

Instead of worrying about it,

This wakefulness can be woven seamlessly into your new sleep story,

Allowing you to enjoy falling back to sleep again,

Stress-free.

And whether you drift off to sleep relatively quickly,

Or simply relax and allow yourself little by little,

Layer by layer,

To rest,

Know that even now,

Your body and mind are beginning the comforting journey of unwinding,

And welcoming the simple pleasure of deep relaxation.

We're going to draw on the wisdom of sleep science and the wonder of the breath to soothe your nervous system,

Relax your body,

And rewire your neural pathways,

Bringing your whole being into alignment with an embodied sense of balance,

Well-being,

And ease.

So just allowing yourself to settle in more deeply now,

Shifting your body if you need to,

To get even more comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment as you contemplate the possibility of a more peaceful relationship to sleep,

And let the breath go,

Feeling your body surrender its weight to the surface beneath you.

With each breath,

Releasing a little more,

And easing into the peacefulness that awaits.

And as you rest,

You might notice your mind replaying the day,

Possibly thinking about something you did well,

Or perhaps thinking about what tomorrow may bring.

Just acknowledging for a moment any thoughts moving through,

And then,

Beginning to withdraw your interest from the mind's busyness,

Allowing your attention to land instead on a simple invitation to rest now.

You can allow your thoughts to drift as they will,

And to softly dissolve into the background.

There's nothing you need to do right now,

Nothing you need to attend to.

All is well as it is.

Tomorrow will take care of itself.

For a moment,

Just allow yourself to feel wrapped in a soft blanket of gratitude.

Grateful for the peaceful,

Cozy space in which you find yourself,

And for the invitation to truly take the pressure off,

And simply be.

Tonight,

As you drift into sleep,

Know that you can surrender the responsibility for holding onto things,

Whether those things are people,

Pets,

Projects,

Thoughts,

Or concerns.

And instead,

Allow yourself to become the one who is held.

Held by the music you're listening to,

And the words being spoken.

Held by the unseen intelligence of the universe.

Held by Source Energy itself.

Held by that aspect of you that remembers how to return home for renewal.

It's time now to fully let go of the day.

Let go of your body's weight.

Let go of your stories.

And breathe into the awareness that you are secure.

Feel the movement of your breath in through your nose and out again,

Like the waves of the ocean ebbing and flowing.

To stillness.

To essence.

To peace.

And moving a little deeper,

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

And simply notice as a soft,

Intelligent golden light begins to gather here,

Flowing down through the top of your head,

Melting its way across your forehead,

Easing the tiny muscles around your eyes,

Relaxing your cheeks,

And softening your jaw.

As it flows,

This light clears any muscular tension it finds,

And helps to release any stressful thoughts held in your mind and body.

Every cell in your body is listening,

Being soothed and healed.

Feel the golden light continuing to flow,

Easing its way into your neck and shoulders.

And now feel the golden light spreading down through your arms,

Your elbows,

And into your hands and fingers.

Let your nervous system breathe a sigh of relief,

Receiving the message,

It is safe now to rest.

It is safe now to heal.

It is safe now to sleep.

Letting the golden light flow down through your torso,

Giving up any effort,

And noticing just how good it feels to allow your body to become heavier and lighter.

And heavier.

Releasing your chest and ribs,

Relaxing your belly,

Allowing the delicious warmth and relaxation to spread down through your back.

Releasing your upper back,

And loosening and unlocking tight muscles as it flows.

Feel how your body enjoys the sensation of softening and melting in each area in turn,

Bringing your focus now to the heaviness and warmth of your pelvis and your hips.

Letting the golden light of relaxation flow from your hips down into your thighs,

Your knees,

Softening and loosening your calves,

Your ankles,

Relaxing and soothing your feet and your toes,

Until your whole body,

From head to toe,

Feels deeply soothed and relaxed,

Deeply surrendered,

Enjoying the peace and calm of rest.

You're beginning to drift more deeply now,

Not away from yourself,

But toward the most essential part of you,

The you who has always known how to rest,

And how to dream new worlds into being.

Tonight,

You'll sleep deeply,

Traveling through all three sacred stages of sleep in the way that is best for you.

The light sleep,

The deep sleep,

And the dream-filled REM sleep.

Each phase restoring and renewing your body.

There's nothing you need to do,

And no need to try.

Your innate wisdom knows the way.

Your breath is your guide.

Let it be easy.

Let it be soft.

Let it be love-filled.

Let your heart rate slow.

Let your blood pressure normalize.

Let cortisol levels lower.

Let melatonin levels rise.

Your nervous system is shifting beautifully into parasympathetic mode.

Your hormones are being balanced.

Your body is entering deep recovery.

And whatever your body may need,

You can trust it to be delivered.

All of your systems are quietly doing their job as you rest.

This is your natural design,

With no effort.

Just pure allowing.

And as you rest in this healing space,

You marvel at how the beautiful golden light goes to work to cleanse and purify every cell,

Clearing out toxins and debris,

Replenishing vital nutrients,

Repairing and renewing cells,

Releasing stress and fear,

Easing and clearing dis-ease,

Harmonizing your body and mind,

Strengthening your immune system,

Enhancing your cognition,

Building your resilience,

Balancing your emotions,

Rejuvenating every organ,

And leaving you more and more free.

Free to rest,

To heal,

To embrace new possibilities,

And to thrive.

Moving deeper and deeper into peace.

Remembering who you are beyond thought and form.

Sleep comes to meet you and draws you home.

And you welcome this alignment with higher consciousness.

Feeling the presence of Source Energy and the Universe's love,

Grounding you in a cocoon of comforting light,

Reminding you that you are always held.

In this space of stillness,

You become reacquainted with your divine blueprint.

A blueprint of health,

Balance,

And well-being.

This blueprint is encoded deep within your DNA.

And as you surrender to sleep tonight,

Genes are activated to support your highest expression and your greatest well-being.

Allowing affirmations to wash over you now,

Reshaping your neural pathways as you drop deeper and deeper into rest.

Source Energy surrounds and indwells me.

I happily welcome the alignment with my highest good.

I trust my body's ability to spontaneously heal and surrender fully to that now.

My body is restored and regenerated with every breath I take.

I am returning to the truth of who I am.

Whole,

Complete,

And limitless.

I am becoming better and better able to sleep deeply and peacefully,

No matter what.

I enjoy a quality of sleep that regenerates and rejuvenates me.

I awaken refreshed to new possibilities for freedom,

Well-being,

And joy.

And finding yourself now traveling in your imagination to the warmest,

Softest beach of pure white sand.

The air is fresh,

And the gentle sound of waves lulls and soothes you.

The sun begins to set,

Transforming the sky into a gorgeous array of color.

Breathing in the serenity,

The otherworldly luminescence,

Reminding you to pause in nature and savor the blessings available to you now and always.

This is your time to rest and to heal.

Breathing in the pristine ocean air,

You exhale any remaining debris from the day,

Releasing what's no longer yours to carry.

And into the arms of Mother Earth,

Allowing her ocean waves to transmute your past into yet more love for your future.

And just like the comforting muffled sounds that once surrounded you in the womb,

The ocean's whispers carry messages of nurturance and peace.

They speak to your heart.

Dear one,

You are now becoming no-thing.

Pure consciousness resting into the infinite.

Each breath you take,

Each breath guides you deeper into the quantum field where true healing and transformation occur.

Your body is surrendering to the intelligence that created it,

To be restored and harmonized.

Your cells are listening.

They are reorganizing themselves with ease into a state of pristine health.

How empowered you truly are as a creator.

As a healer.

As a being of light.

You're letting go of the past.

You are no longer the person who once struggled with sleep.

You are shifting into a new reality.

A new dimension where sleep is natural and effortless.

As your conscious mind rests,

Your subconscious is downloading a renewed blueprint for wellness,

Balance,

And wonder.

You are no longer wired simply for survival.

You are wired for coherence,

Inspiration,

And joy.

Sleep is no longer a problem for you.

It is your sacred portal into clarity,

Revitalization,

And ultimate well-being.

You are entering a new future with every breath.

Becoming someone who knows best how to thrive.

Every system in your body is recalibrating to a higher frequency of wholeness,

Peace,

And love.

You fall asleep aligned with your highest self and awaken to a new reality of freedom,

Fulfillment,

And joy.

You are no longer defined by any old story.

You are creating a new one from the infinite with soulfulness and heart.

You are supported by a divine intelligence that is always listening.

Always responding.

Always supporting your full unfolding.

As you sleep,

Your body is made new,
