The journey to live an empowered life begins with a labyrinth.

So I'm going to ask you to drop deep into your heart space and begin to walk this labyrinth with the intention of letting go of what no longer serves you.

So just taking a deep breath at every turn of this labyrinth and allowing whatever comes into your mind to just drop away to release it and let it go.

And continue to stay focused as you're walking this labyrinth.

The way that the labyrinth works is it disengages the right and left brain so it's non-linear.

Just allow yourself to surrender into the process of walking it and releasing what no longer serves you.

As you enter the heart of the labyrinth,

Now is time to take another inventory of what and who you are and what you would like to shift or change and just let it go gently as you stand in the heart of the labyrinth.

It's a time to address any money issues,

Any feelings of not good enough,

Any sorrows or hurts that you may have carried up until now.

Just let it drop away.

As you leave the heart of the center of the labyrinth,

Now is the time to listen deeply to the inner wisdom that is within you all the time and ask what it is you need to know now.

Again every turn,

Just listen,

Taking a deep breath and allowing the infinite within you to guide you and inform you.

Once you come to the end of this journey through the labyrinth,

Take a moment at the very end to speak a word of gratitude for all you've released,

All you've received,

Knowing that you can return to this path at any time to do more work on a labyrinth.

Thank you! I've been on a retreat with a labyrinth, and one of the churches in my community had a labyrinth garden. I was drawn to them and I walked them, but I had no idea how to experience it. No one ever taught me how to do it, so thank you so much!
