Hello,
Today's talk is Meditation Coaching for Getting Unstuck.
Have you ever wanted to begin something new,
But you had no idea where to start?
You just knew that a change is needed.
How do you begin,
And how do you start to unstick from what's happening?
If you ever found yourself in this position,
Today you're going to learn tools,
Receive some questions that will help you move your energy for anything.
And this could be getting stuck on a project at work,
Or even in a relationship,
Whatever it may be,
You'll receive the inspiration to know how to move forward.
So let's start talking about what you do when you're faced with change.
Do you tend to barrel forward and push and get really focused to try to make something new happen?
Or do you tend to sit back and let things happen?
Not really taking a lot of action,
Waiting for a divine sign from the universe.
What's your tendency?
You could also describe that as fight or flight,
Right?
Taking that kind of forceful action or just really freezing and not doing anything,
Hiding.
What can you do to unstick from the normalcy,
The routine of your own life?
Have you kind of found yourself just repeating,
Going through the motions a little bit in a rote routine?
What is it that you can do to begin to mix things up?
Sometimes a grand gesture of change is just too much for us to bear.
It just brings up a lot of fear.
So you can start small.
Small actions,
Small decisions.
And let yourself start there.
So if you've been pushing forward and trying to make things happen,
Even forcing them to happen and you're not noticing that that's bringing the change that you'd like to experience,
Then maybe it's time to rein it in,
To relax,
Let go and take care of yourself,
To be more passive.
And if you're someone who's been too easy on yourself,
Kind of sitting on your laurels and waiting for things to happen,
Perhaps now is the time to take more action,
To take new risk.
What's a new risk that you would be willing to take on?
And really it's about changing it up.
Changing up your normal actions,
Your normal decision-making process,
Your approach,
Even changing that up.
If you're used to doing things in a certain way,
Letting in the new energy,
Balancing your consciousness,
Because it is about changing your own consciousness.
Being willing to see from new perspectives,
Being willing to have new experiences so that you can invite in the opportunities that ignite your personal growth.
Being receptive to those opportunities you might not have seen before or been open to before,
But since you're sensing this change,
You're open,
You're consciously open,
Alert.
It's okay.
It's okay to have the fear,
It's okay to not know what's coming,
What's next,
And it's okay to not know what you're doing.
Remembering that these things are all okay and that messy emotions,
Conflicting emotions,
Mixed emotions are all part of the experience of change.
They are part of the transition.
They're not in the way.
If you're experiencing these things,
You're on par for change because this is what change creates for us because we end up changing from the inside out.
Remember to be kind to yourself if you're going through a new process or learning something new.
Compassion is key.
And anytime you feel yourself getting hard on yourself for not knowing,
For letting the fear come up,
Letting the resistance take over,
Your best line of defense is compassion because compassion dispels that,
Dispels the judgment and the harshness.
Take the first step in faith.
You don't have to see the whole staircase.
Just take the first step.
I'm okay.
Thank you for listening to today's talk.
Blessings.
