Good morning.
I'm Sunny and I would like to meditate with you this morning.
I always like to start a lot of my meditations off saying good morning.
Because it is,
In fact,
A good morning.
We have crossed from one dimension to another,
From one illusion to another,
Right?
We've come from the dream world back to the physical world.
And sometime in the morning,
We don't wake up right.
We wake up like,
Oh,
It's another morning.
I have to do this and I have to do that.
But it is actually a beautiful morning.
Every morning that you wake up,
Every morning that you get the experience of life once again,
Right,
You get to start the journey over again.
I want you to wake up with excitement,
Excitement to be here,
Excitement to feel,
To smell,
To see,
To hear.
To have another day in the experience of life,
Right?
And I know sometimes life can be hard.
So that's not always how you feel when you wake up.
But I would like to offer you the opportunity to wake up and say good morning.
Say good morning to yourself.
Say good morning to your feet,
To your hands,
To your soul,
To your mind.
Say good morning to your hair,
To your lips,
To your eyes.
Good morning.
We exist in this physical body another day.
Another day to smile,
To figure it out,
Even maybe to screw it up.
But good morning life.
Good morning,
Sun,
For showing up.
Good morning,
Good morning,
Good morning.
Okay,
So let's do a quick morning meditation.
This meditation is not complicated.
It's not going to focus on anything.
You don't have to focus on your breath.
You don't have to overthink.
You don't even have to get in a comfortable position if you don't want,
Right?
This is a meditation for you and your morning.
For you and your morning,
Right?
For you and the ability to see life.
Once again today.
So let's just start by taking a deep breath in.
Releasing it.
Let's take another deep breath in through our nose.
Feel your chest rising.
As you bring the oxygen in your body.
And then feel the relief of letting it go.
One more time.
In through your nose.
Letting it go.
And I just want you to be aware of the present moment.
Wherever you are.
Just become aware that you are somewhere.
That you exist.
Be your soul.
Gets to feel.
Gets to experience this day.
If your mind begins to wander.
Too far away from this beautiful morning.
Come back.
Just gently come back.
To the present moment.
You can come back to your chest.
Rise in.
And fallen as you breathe.
Now I want you to feel the energy of life.
The excitement that life has.
That you are here again this morning.
That you are a source of energy breathing on this planet.
That your light gets to shine once again.
Let's take another deep breath in through our nose,
Allowing our chest to rise.
And when you're ready,
You can just release the tension in your body.
The morning is here for you once again.
Let's take one last deep breath in.
Hold it for as long as you can.
And sigh out when you're ready.
Good morning my friend.
I know life can feel heavy.
I know days can feel long.
I know sometimes I feel like it's not fair.
Was not working.
Where things should be different.
They are exactly how they should be.
You are exactly where you should be.
You are evolving in every moment.
And this beautiful morning was just a reminder.
Just another day for you to see the sun.
For you to smell a flower,
For you to be grateful that you can walk to your room.
Or that you can hear my voice or hear the birds or anything.
It is,
In fact,
A good morning.
And don't let your mind or any story in your mind tell you anything differently.
Don't let the life circumstances bring your mourning down because you were granted the ability to see life again.
Life again,
To play one more day.
