Welcome to a moment in time,

A moment for you,

Just 10 minutes for you to release.

I want you to start by rubbing your legs,

Moving your neck around,

Just opening your body up for this meditation you're about to receive.

Feel who you are.

Take your fingers,

Touch them,

Intertwine them.

Just remind your body that you exist.

This moment is for you.

This time is for you.

Take a deep breath.

Let it out.

Make sure your hands are faced upward so you can receive the message.

You are strong.

You are stronger than you ever thought you were.

No one is built like you.

No one has been through what you've been through.

No one could begin to understand who you are.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

You are a speck of energy with unlimited possibilities.

Everything that you've encountered was to make you who you are right now.

You are strong.

You are unique.

You are bold.

There is no one with the same two feet that you have that is walking this planet.

There is no one more important than you.

There is no one more worthy than you.

It is you.

You are the one.

You are the experience.

You are the light that we are all waiting to shine.

You are strong.

You have overcame so much.

You have learned so much.

It is you.

You are strong.

You are the answer.

You are the one.

You are not weak.

You are not mediocre.

You are not average.

You are a special piece to this puzzling life.

You are a light ready to shine.

You are not to be dimmed.

Give gratitude to your body.

Thank yourself.
