Refuel Your Spiritual System: A Morning Guided Message

This is a weekly talk that I share from my higher self's perspective. Her name is Lovely and she gives these messages through meditation. This week I received the message "If you give everything inside of you away, you will be empty. Self Love is about refueling your spiritual system."

This is my favorite weekly talk yet! We often deplete ourselves with overthinking about others, or what others think of us. Lovely gives us quick and simple reminders of how to think of ourselves to avoid mental noise.
