You must listen for it.

You must know that whatever illusions life seem to show you,
Nothing is too big for your higher self.
Nothing is really going on.
You are okay.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You will always be okay.
You are experiencing a life experience.
You are more than this experience.
You are more than these moments,
The problems,
The worries.
You are so much more.
Your higher self is always around.
Guiding you.
Watching you.
Proud of you.
You can never get it wrong.
You can never disappoint it.
It's a part of who you are.
You are here and there.
Enjoy these few minutes to just be there.
To not be here.
To just be where your higher self resides.
It's on such a high frequency so that you can calmly remember who you are.
You are not your circumstances.
You are not these worldly temporary problems.
You are an eternal being with unlimited possibilities.

Take a moment to silently thank your higher self for always being there.
Always being there.
For playing in the background.
For guiding you when you listen.
For trying to reach you when you can't hear it.
This is just a moment in time.
A moment for you to leave your reality and find something more.
Feel something more.

Spend more time with the confidence of knowing who you are.
Knowing that you are here and there.
