Welcome to A Moment in Time.
This is a quick meditation to remind you that you are evolving.
This is a great time for new beginnings.
You are not who you used to be.
Take a moment to get comfortable however your body wants.
You have nowhere to be.
You have nothing to do.
Give yourself this five minutes.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your chest rising.
Let it out slowly.
Take another deep breath in.
Let it out slowly.
You are changing in every moment.
You are not even who you were five minutes ago.
You are evolving into a higher frequency being.
You are so much further than you've ever been.
You know so much more than you've ever known.
Feel that.
Sit with the knowing that you are evolving.
New beginnings are coming for you.
Breathe in.
Slowly breathe out.
Take this moment to be with your old self.
Thank your old self for getting you this far.
Appreciate who you were and be grateful for who you're becoming.
You've been through so much.
You never gave up.
You never quit.
You always just figured it out.
Sometimes that was a lot for you.
But who is sitting here right now has become that person from all you've been through.
You are strong.
You are evolving in every minute.
You are learning and you are figuring it out.
Now take this moment of silence to feel the new you.
The you you've worked so hard to become.
Be with yourself in this moment.
Thank you for spending a moment in time with me.
Thank you for giving yourself this moment just to appreciate your new self.
The self you work so hard to become.
Know that you are growing.
You are changing for the better and the universe is so pleased with who you're becoming.
