Transcript

There is an infinite source of strength within our beings,

An untapped ocean of potential waiting for the right amplitude of spirit to surface its immense power.

We are not physical beings.

We are spiritual beings with a physical body.

The energy that animates our bodies is connected to a greater intelligence with an infinite power.

Physical strength outweighs physical strength.

Having the strength to believe in yourself,

Having the courage to always push forward,

Having the will to evolve your being to its highest potential.

There is an inner force within you that has no fear,

That has no worry,

That has no stress.

It is said that our greatest enemy lies within,

But so does our greatest strength.

The question is which will you feed,

The villain or the hero?

In order to defeat our demons,

Triumph over our challenges,

Shine light into our darkness,

We must conjure the might of our warrior spirit.

Our inner narrative has a massive impact on the way we navigate our beings through this experience we call life.

Taking control and telling yourself,

Yes I can,

I am enough,

I am worthy,

I am love,

Is feeding your warrior spirit to grow stronger.

You are the purchaser of thoughts,

Paying attention is your power,

And what you pay attention to is ultimately what manifests.

Thoughts will always audition for your attention,

But it is your choice,

Your will,

To feed the thoughts that bring you down,

Or to feed the thoughts that ignite your warrior spirit.

Take a moment to close your eyes.

What do you feel right now?

There is an essence within you.

You feel what is there inside you.

Throw it away.

Tell yourself!

Allow your thoughts to subside by focusing on the breath.

Higher elevating energies that not only heal our bodies but help create a better future.

Where your attention goes,

Energy flows.

Your focus is in the feeling.

Take a moment to feel independently.

Transcending your environment.

Transcending time.

Transcending your personal history.

What does it feel like to have the calmness to battle stress?

What does it feel like to have the courage to conquer life?

What does it feel like to have the strength to face your fears?

You are a conduit to higher energies.

You have the power to feel,

To summon,

To create any vibration of energy you desire.

And it's all done through your mind.

Take this time to really feel the very best version of yourself.

The most confident,

The most loving,

Most fearless version of yourself.

Go deep within and connect to your warrior spirit.

Now we are going to take in some long deep breaths.

Starting slow,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Taking as much oxygen as you can and exhale.

Now take a deep breath.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Now on your last exhale,

Hold your breath.

Now feel,

Surrender and invite love,

Peace and harmony into your body as this energy settles.

Now release and let go.

And just allow your body to dissolve into this relaxation.

Repeat this affirmation with me.

I am unlimited potential.

I am fearless.

I am warrior spirit.

I shine my light through the darkness.

I am greatness.

I summon my strength to embrace my courage.

Father sky is my protector.

The creative force moves through me.
