I recently completed an Ayahuasca experience where I was shown my/our one TRUE NATURE. I was shown that true nature (it has no form) JUST IS, but if I had to begin to describe some aspects of it, true nature would include, but not be limited to:
oneness,
no duality,
clarity,
stillness,
kindness and respect,
a feeling of wellness and true happiness with a boundless wellspring of loving kindness and compassion to ALL, (without exception) 🙏💗

This meditation will help me integrate into this true nature (while remaining a person) while allowing all ego/ILLUSIONS (including duality, self criticism, self judgment, not enoughness and those projections onto others) to gently fall away as a result. 😌
