Beautifully said! I would only add that some of us struggle with that verb “to feel” and, if alienated from one’s heart, it’s unlikely to be possible to heed this call. At least, I’ve had to work to dismantle some of my internal walls to get past “I’ll have to try that some day.” 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was great. The man's words, the freedom I felt to move and stretch as I need to. There was synchronicity in how I was talking to my inner child - in the direction of my heart, gently rubbing my heart and belly that I was doing, in between the spaces between his words and his next words.
