Ultimately,
It is your perspective that creates energy to become unstable.
Perception is what decodes reality into chemical messengers that signals the body to either be in a state of love,
Fear,
Or in neutral.
In order to rebalance your energy,
First you must change your perception on the experiences of the past that caused you suffering.
I ask you now to get into a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes.
Start to take in long,
Deep breaths.
Now just let your breath go into the background of your awareness.
Take a few moments to reflect back on the course of your life,
To be aware of the energetic bonds that have caused you suffering or any negative emotions.
Any experience that causes you to become unstable or changes your vibration to be very low,
You need to be aware of.
Open your being up and allow those energies to surface.
You may feel impulsive,
Anxious energy starting to brew in your body.
Let all this unsettled energy come to surface.
Now just sit still and surrender.
Witness.
Observe and breathe.
With each breath,
Just welcome these energies with openness.
Suspend all judgments and interpretations.
Observe and breathe.
Now allow my words to move through your being.
Feel the energy of the words.
You are pure awareness.
The past no longer exists.
You are present.
You are our creator.
On the deepest most fundamental level,
Life is just an expression of energy.
Past experiences are just expressions of energy.
People,
Places and objects are just expressions of energy.
We live in an ocean of energy.
With this practice,
You are calming the waves of the past to create perfect stillness in your inner ocean.
Now I ask you to just be still and breathe.
Now focus on the blackness being your forehead.
In this space,
I want you to bring up each memory or person one by one that has caused you suffering.
Smile and express compassion.
Breathe and forgive.
Embrace the memories with full compassion,
Being grateful for the lesson that was learned.
You are stronger,
Wiser and more aware due to these experiences.
Express love knowing that love will balance your energy.
Love is the highest force in the universe.
Love heals everything.
Stay with each memory as long as you need to until you feel peace.
The only way you will feel peace is by embracing each memory with compassion and love.
Realize that your true nature is not defined by the past.
You are free to be whatever expression you want to be in this moment and in your life.
Make peace with the past.
Embrace your power.
Now ask yourself,
Have I learned from my past?
Has my experience made me a wiser person?
Is there any point to hold on to perspectives that cause my body suffering?
Rebalance your bonds by taking your energy back.
I ask you now with each breath to draw your energy back into your body from the past.
Bring up past experiences of people into your inner space and visualize your energy being drawn back into your body.
See and feel the energy spiraling back into your body.
It is time to reclaim all the energy you have invested in the past.
Recharge your being with your vital energy from the past.
Remember feelings are manifestations of energy.
Feel your being becoming illuminated with this energy.
Really feel this energy coming back from people you invested in that no longer serve you good or any purpose.
Draw your prana back into your body.
One by one just shuffle through the past reclaiming your vital life force energy.
Bringing in the vital energy from the past and breathing out a new sense of presence.
Now come back to your breath.
Embrace your presence and smile inviting your inner joy to take over your body.
Sit in silence and invoke the emotions of joy knowing that you are a divine presence,
An expression of the absolute.
Smile and let joy consume your being knowing that you are infinite.
You are a spiritual being going through a human experience.
Your past is only an experience and not who you are.
You are presence.
You are unlimited potential.
You are infinite awareness.
Smile and rejoice in the love that you are.
For the rest of this practice stay unaffected by the past,
Not worried about the future.
Be here now.
