Transcript
Sit in any comfortable meditative posture. In a nice, Straight back. Hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice. Gently close your eyes and mouth. And let's start by taking in a deep breath. Take it in through the nose and out through the nose. Take a couple of deep, Slow breaths. You can notice the rise and fall of your abdominal region with each breath. Try to disengage from your mind. Let go of all your thoughts. Thoughts of your past and thoughts of your future. Just try to be still here and now without letting your mental chatter take control. Now rest the tip of your tongue gently on the roof of your mouth. And smile gently, Allowing your lips to feel full and smooth as they spread to the side and lift just slightly. Attempt to express a gentle, Genuine smile of gratitude. Allow yourself to feel goodness inside. There are so many things that we can be grateful for. We simply need to just choose one and smile and engage with the physical reaction of allowing yourself to feel this. And with your breath, You're breathing in the essence of love, Peace and joy. Now bring your attention between your eyebrows. Bring your attention to your third eye center. Rest your attention here and allow this attention to light up this area. Visualize the breath coming in and out of your third eye center. Intensify your awareness of this center and allow the energy to grow. Let your attention rest now in the center of your brain, The space directly in between your ears. This space can be called the void or crystal palace. It is the home of your pineal gland. Allow this energy here to grow more and more. This space, The void, Can become bigger and larger and more intense. Feel this energy into your eyes and start to feel your eyes smiling. Imagine you are gazing into the stars of a beautiful night, Pitch black, Except for the thousands, Millions of stars. Feel this beautiful moment and energy in your eyes. Your eyes are smiling into the universe. Imagine now you are gazing into the eyes of someone you love. Feel this love projecting outward. Your eyes are smiling. Now, Channel this healing energy into your heart center, Located in the middle of your chest. Feel this energy grow bigger and bigger with each heartbeat. Now channel this energy into any body part that may need healing. Smile into this body part. Breathe through this body part. Allow your cells to soak up this healing energy all over. Now, Channel this energy into your navel center, Where your belly button is. Feel this warmth and brightness radiating out of your lower belly. Check this energy out into the external world, Wishing everyone happiness and joy. Visualize your navel center as this source of energy and warmth. And it wants to extend itself. Its natural ability is to go outward and touch the external world. And we give this intention to it by paying attention to it and putting ourselves into it. Because we are happy and we are joyful to be alive. It is a miracle to be alive and if just for this very reason that we are here and able to be conscious, It is the only reason we need to feel happiness and joy in our lives. Allow this energy from your navel center to project outward and positively affect many, Many others that come in contact with us. Spend the rest of this practice projecting out this healing energy into the world for everyone. Rest your smile more and more as you go deeper into this practice. May God bless you and keep you free from all evil. Now, Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth. Bring your attention back to your breath. When you are ready, Gently open your eyes. Now, Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
