Bruce Lee is famously known for being a master of martial arts,

But he was also a master of meditation,

Spiritually connected to a deeper truth.

He was a pioneer of the mind,

Breaking the shackles of conditioned beliefs to reach a heightened state of consciousness,

Allowing him to push his body beyond physical limitations.

Where the mind goes,

The body must follow.

Bruce Lee trained his mind,

And through meditation he gained mystical insights and supersonic focus.

We have extracted the following quote from a Bruce Lee interview.

This is what it is,

Okay?

I said empty your mind.

Be formless.

Shadeless.

Like water.

Now you put water into a cup,

It becomes the cup.

You put water into a bottle,

It becomes the bottle.

You put it in a teapot,

It becomes the teapot.

Now water can flow,

Or it can crash.

Be water,

My friend.

This meditation is a tribute to Bruce Lee's philosophy on the importance of being like water.

A great piece of knowledge left behind by a wise teacher.

Take a moment to get comfortable in your position.

Let's begin this practice by noticing the flow of your breath.

Effortlessly notice the breath as it flows in and out of the body.

Not trying to change anything at all,

Just allow yourself to be here and now.

Water can adapt to any situation it is in without complaint.

Due to its nature,

It will take the shape and properties of its surroundings.

With each passing breath,

Feel your body dissolving away as you become one with your environment.

Do not identify with any thoughts.

Keep an open awareness.

Let go of all thoughts that come into your field of awareness.

Let go of all thoughts that come into your field of awareness.

Adap like water.

Water has form and yet it has no form.

It is the softest element on earth yet it penetrates the hardest rock.

Get to this moment by opening your being to be one with this experience.

Let go of all your thoughts.

Let go of all your ideas.

Let go of all your projections.

Be formless.

Allow this experience to move through you like water without any judgements,

Without any identifications,

Without any reactions.

Be shapeless.

Water can overcome any obstacle it faces.

Through patience and perseverance,

Water can wear down the hardest of rocks.

Practice your patience by embracing the next few moments by allowing yourself to sit still without the need to finish this practice.

Nature effortlessly follows the natural order of existence.

Instead of battling against the current,

Fighting what was and trying to go back to what has passed,

Instead of resisting what is or trying to rush ahead towards what might be,

Be like water.

Go with the flow.

No resistance.

No identification.

No reaction.

Being patient and letting go to the natural expression of this practice.

Now visualize yourself sitting under a mystical waterfall.

Let all the water come in through your crown and move through your whole body.

Allow the water to heal,

Rejuvenate and recharge every cell in your body by surrendering to its power.
