Welcome to Stillness with Patti.

Today I'm going to be sharing a simple,

Beautiful,

Infinity coherence meditation for finding peace in menopause.

This meditation is designed to help clear menopausal brain fog by bringing every part of your brain into harmony with your heart so you feel calm,

Centered,

And your mind feels clear and focused,

Like you on your best day.

Take a moment to get yourself comfortable in a seated position,

Somewhere that allows you to feel fully supported and relaxed.

And when you're ready,

You can just gently close the eyes,

Closing the eyes,

And taking a breath,

Taking a breath,

And letting yourself start to settle into your body.

And noticing your mind,

Noticing the pace of your mind.

Your mind might be working really fast,

With thoughts racing through,

Or maybe it's already beginning to slow down,

But taking a moment to notice what's here for you,

And welcoming it,

Letting it come,

Letting every thought come,

Creating a space of welcome and allowing.

And if your mind is really busy,

You can gently tip your chin onto your chest,

No strain,

Just easy.

And imagining that you've got a hole in the middle of your forehead,

And simply allowing the space for the thoughts to just pour out,

Pouring out into a big bucket in front of you,

Maybe a river in front of you,

Just letting your thoughts pour out.

And thanking them,

Thanking them for doing such a beautiful job of keeping you safe.

And as you do that,

You feel stress pouring out of your body.

Just feel this easy letting go,

Letting the thoughts pour out,

Letting the stress pour out.

Maybe it's liquid,

Maybe it just evaporates through the skin.

Maybe it just dissolves and releases.

And you feel yourself relaxing even more deeply.

And very gently,

When you're ready,

You can bring your head back into an easy,

Comfortable position.

And as you do that,

Taking your awareness to your heart,

And imagining you have an infinity symbol in your heart,

Like the number eight lying on its side,

However it shows up for you is perfect.

And imagining that you are breathing through this infinity symbol.

Breathing into the infinity symbol in your heart.

Breathing in as you round the curve.

And breathing out down the straight line.

Breathing in as you round the curve.

And breathing out down the straight line.

Breathing in,

Rounding the curve.

And breathing out down the straight line.

Breathing.

Breathing through the shape of your infinity symbol.

Breathing through the infinity symbol in your heart.

And you feel yourself falling into a gentle,

Easy pattern of infinity heart breathing.

So easy.

So soft.

And as you do this,

You feel your infinity heart energy starting to expand.

Expanding beyond the body.

As if you're sitting in a ball of energy.

A ball of infinity heart energy.

And as you do that,

Gently activating one of the higher emotions,

Love,

Peace,

Gratitude,

Joy,

Expansion.

And let yourself connect to a time,

An experience,

A memory,

An imagining.

A time of deep connection and love.

And feel yourself opening and expanding into this higher emotion.

And maybe it's more than one.

Maybe it's gratitude and presence and connection and love all together.

Noticing what it is for you.

Breathing and feeling.

Opening and breathing.

Experiencing the flow of this.

The expansion of this.

The infinity of this.

And very gently bringing your awareness back to your heart.

Noticing how calm you feel.

How peaceful you feel.

How aligned you feel.

And taking a soft,

Easy breath in,

Letting it go and coming back.

Coming back.

Coming back.
