Good.
So sitting comfortably,
Dropping your chin and closing your eyes.
I want you to imagine that you have walked into a great hall,
An incredible room,
And you see seven mirrors.
There are five mirrors on the left-hand side wall and two mirrors at the back wall,
And there are arches in between them and statues and just the most remarkable and beautiful room.
The lighting is just beautiful.
There's a light above every mirror.
The rest of the room is quite dark,
Except for the lights above the mirrors,
And you decide that you're going to go and stand in front of each of these mirrors.
And as you stand in front of the first mirror,
You see yourself wearing your favorite sports outfit.
Maybe it's a Liverpool jersey,
A soccer fan,
Or whatever sports fan you are.
Maybe it's your gym outfit,
Your yoga outfit,
Your Pilates outfit,
Your Lululemon clothing,
And you're standing there in your sports outfit,
Your gym outfit,
And there's something about your poise and your posture.
There's a glow in your skin.
There's a tone in your muscles,
And everything about you just says that you are tension-free and that you are at the peak of your physical fitness.
So just imagine that now that you're looking at yourself,
And you really are in your best sports gear,
And just drinking this image of you,
Of strength,
Of stamina,
And of calm.
Hold that image in your mind.
Moving now to the second mirror,
And you're standing in your underwear.
You've let go of harmful eating and drinking patterns.
You're looking at yourself with non-judgment and open-heartedness.
You're accepting yourself for exactly who you are.
You are resting well,
You are breathing well,
You are eating well,
And you're drinking lots of water.
Moving now to the third mirror,
And here you see yourself in your perfect work outfit,
Not your pajama pants that you're wearing with your nice jacket or your smart shirt,
But now you've got your great work outfit.
You're ready to go out into the world again,
And you are dressed for the accomplishment of your resolutions and your dreams,
Your financial self,
Your career.
You're at the top of your game,
And you're dressed for it.
You're dressed for the big meetings.
However those meetings will happen for us,
Whether it's online or in the boardroom,
Who knows,
But you are ready for it,
And you're dressed for it.
Maybe you started putting makeup on again,
Or you put your best perfume or your cologne on,
And you just feel like a million bucks.
Imagine what that looks like.
Imagine what that smells like.
We then move to the fourth mirror,
And you're holding the keys to your new car or your new house.
Perhaps you've got flight tickets to the destination you want to visit or the holiday you want to go on,
And it will happen.
Maybe you're holding the test results of a clean bill of health with something you've been struggling with for a long time.
Whatever it is,
You just see that you are holding that symbol in your hand that represents that you've done it,
You've accomplished something you've been dreaming of,
Whatever it is for you.
Now you move to the fifth mirror.
In this mirror you are surrounded by people you love,
And you are in your favorite social setting.
You're just having a great time.
Maybe you haven't had a time like this in a long,
Long while,
So just to see it in the mirror is like what a relief.
It's so nice to be there with my friends again in whatever shape or form it looks like,
With your families that you missed,
All well and healthy and together.
Then moving to the sixth mirror,
And here you are surrounded by people that you are teaching.
It's a personal development that you've actualized and you are sharing with others,
Your mastery,
Your skills.
Here it might be a sideline,
Spiritual or holistic health,
Or something that you really are passionate about,
A hobby,
Something you could just share at the community center or in a church,
Or something you're really helping others with,
And you're surrounded by really grateful people.
Taking a breath in and exhale.
We move to the seventh mirror,
The last one,
And you look into this mirror and you see no reflection.
There's no reflection.
This mirror symbolizes pure potentiality,
That actually you could be whoever,
Whatever you wanted to be,
Out of the lines that we've drawn ourselves,
And that is liberating,
And not so scary.
It requires perhaps letting go of a lot of very limiting beliefs we have of ourselves to something really new and fantastical.
People say I'm a dreamer,
But I'm not the only one.
Dropping your chin down to your chest,
Let's take in another beautiful deep breath in,
Breathing in,
And then exhaling out the mouth.
And may it be so.
