Thank you for joining me for this self-healing meditation.
Please find a comfortable position,
No particular position,
Whatever is comfortable for you right now.
Please close your eyes if you are comfortable to do so.
If not,
Focus on a point out in front of you.
Begin to notice your breathing.
Feel the air move from your nose through your trachea into your lungs.
Feel your lungs and diaphragm expand and contract with each breath.
Notice the slight movements of your chest and upper back with each breath.
Feel the energy of your body swirling and concentrating here in your chest at your heart center.
Now we will do a scan of our bodies.
As we bring our attention to each part of our bodies,
Really feel into your muscles,
Tendons,
Bones,
And organs.
Feel into each cell of your body.
If you feel pain or tension,
Release it with your mind's eye or move that body part.
You do not have to be completely still or rigid.
Take note of the parts of your body where you notice the most pain or tension.
Do not judge this part.
Simply acknowledge it and follow my voice to the next body part.
We will start with the crown of your head.
Feel into your scalp and the crown of your head,
Down to your ears.
Notice your awareness on your forehead and your eyebrows.
Relax your eyelids and loosen the skin around your eyes.
Notice your nose,
Your cheeks,
And your lips.
Loosen your jaw.
Feel into your neck,
Down your throat to your collarbones.
Notice the back of your neck from the base of your skull to the tops of your shoulders.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your upper arms,
Your triceps,
And your biceps.
Your elbows.
Relax your forearms.
Notice your wrists and the backs of your hands.
Feel the palms of your hands.
Your thighs.
Your first fingers.
Your middle fingers.
Your ring fingers.
Your pinky fingers.
Now bring your awareness to your chest.
Again,
Feel the connection of each breath as your chest lifts and falls.
Feel the micro movement of your upper back with each breath.
See if you can feel your heart beating within your chest.
Notice your diaphragm and your upper belly.
Relax your mid-back.
Relax your low back.
Relax your low belly.
Feel into your hips.
Relax your hip flexors into your quads.
Loosen your hamstrings.
Feel into your knees.
Notice your calves and your shins.
Notice your ankles and your heels.
The tops of your feet.
The soles of your feet.
Your big toes.
Your second toes.
Your third toes.
Your fourth toes.
Loosen your fifth toes.
Now feel into your whole body.
Feel into the way your whole body is connected into one beautiful human being.
Now bring your attention to the space above your head.
Imagine here a bright glowing golden sun.
This sun is full of your own love and healing energy.
Your highest vibrational energy fills up this glowing sun above your head.
Gather all the energy you have ever sent out into the world and collect it back into the sun.
Now bring this glowing sun down over your body to encase it in a glowing bubble of your own healing energy.
This energy is pure love and healing surrounding your whole body,
Encasing you in a warm loving protective bubble.
Now place your hands on an area of your body where you feel the greatest pain or tension.
This can be physical,
Mental,
Or emotional pain or tension.
Now direct all of the glowing golden healing energy surrounding you to this area.
Allow your own healing energy to travel through your hands to this area in your body.
Let this pain or tension dissipate and leave your body.
Feel the release inside of you as it leaves your body.
Allow your body,
Mind,
And soul to feel refreshed and rejuvenated with your own healing energy.
Realize the power of healing you have within yourself.
Carry this healing,
Loving energy with you as you slowly open your eyes and become aware of your surroundings.
Hold yourself with love for one more moment before you continue your day.
Let this pain or tension dissipate and leave your body.
