Hello,

I am so glad you're here.

Begin to settle in and let's set ourselves up to have the best day.

Take a deep breath.

Here you are.

Take another deep breath.

Doesn't that feel so good?

Take another deep breath and really feel into your body with this one.

How are you doing today?

Allow yourself to respond.

Take a deep breath and now let's move on.

However you answered that question,

I want you to feel like today will be one of the best days of your life after this meditation and you are in control of that.

You might not be in control of exactly what goes down today and how it happens,

But you are in control of how you process,

How you respond,

And how you move through your day ahead.

Today you will move through your day with grace and ease.

Take a deep breath in and feel peace settling into your body.

Remember that you can carry this with you throughout your day ahead.

Let's say this affirming prayer together.

I'll say it first,

But then I want you to join me as we say it together two more times.

I am wonderful and I love myself.

This is one of the best days of my life.

Everything is working out for my highest good.

Whatever I need to know is revealed to me.

Whatever I need comes to me.

All is well.

Okay,

Now I'm going to give you some time for yourself.

We don't often get time for pure,

Quiet reflection,

And it might be uncomfortable at first.

But the more you practice this meditation,

The easier it will become.

You don't have to clear all of your thoughts during this time.

Use it however feels good to you.

You can focus on your breath,

Repeat that affirmation prayer,

Intentionally plan your day ahead,

File away any thoughts that pop up,

Or just sit and quietly reflect on whatever comes up for you.

Here we go.

I'll bring you back in three minutes.

Welcome back.

Stay in your quiet state.

We are not quite done yet.

Notice how you feel.

Remember,

The more you give yourself time and space for a quiet,

Reflective practice like that,

The easier it will become.
