How you respond,
And how you move through your day ahead.

But the more you practice this meditation,

You can focus on your breath,
Repeat that affirmation prayer,
Intentionally plan your day ahead,
File away any thoughts that pop up,
Or just sit and quietly reflect on whatever comes up for you.
