Hello,

And welcome to this meditation.

This meditation will help you clear and cleanse your own energy,

No matter what day or experiences you have had earlier.

You will leave this meditation feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with clear and cleansed energy both within and surrounding you.

Please find your meditation space and begin to get comfortable.

Feel free to move your body around to find your most comfortable position.

When you are ready,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

We will start this meditation with a simple breathing exercise to refresh the energy within our physical bodies.

As we breathe in and out to a count of six,

Feel the fresh oxygen entering the lungs to rejuvenate your cells.

Imagine each new breath cleansing your lungs and inner organs.

Begin with a deep breath in through the nose for a count of six.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold,

Two,

Three.

Release,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Again,

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold,

Two,

Three.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Now return to your regular breath pattern.

Feel the shift in your energy after inviting mindful breath into your body.

How does your body feel now?

We will practice that breathing pattern again.

With each new breath,

Visualize fresh energy coming into your body.

With each exhale,

Visualize all stagnant and negative energy leaving your body.

Begin with a deep breath in through the nose for a count of six.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Six.

Again,

Inhale,

Two,

Now return to your regular breathing pattern.

Feel the energy shift of your body now.

How does the energy in your body feel now?

We will now practice a visualization to clear and cleanse the energy all around our bodies.

This space surrounding us is called our aura.

Your aura is your own energy field all around you.

Your aura contains your personal energy or vibration.

Sometimes as we move through the activities of daily life and encounter other energies and vibrations,

The aura can become dull,

Drained,

Or damaged.

Together,

We will sweep our auras and strengthen our auric energy fields.

Begin by imagining a large bubble or globe of white and gold warm light all around your body.

Feel this warm golden light encase you and your aura.

Sit in this light bubble for a moment and feel it strengthen your energy and your aura.

Now with your mind's eye or your arms,

Begin to sweep into your aura.

Begin to move your arms up over your head and down outwards,

Moving the air and energy around you,

Pushing it away from your physical body.

Sweep the energy all around your body.

Visualize and feel the clearing of any negative energy that may have attached to you and release it from your aura.

Sweep out and over your head.

Move down your neck and shoulders.

Sweep across your back and down your arms,

Sweeping and clearing the energy all around your body.

Move and sweep the energy off your chest and down your belly.

Pushing the energy outwards,

Sweep down your legs and brush the energy from your feet.

Do one final sweep of your whole body to clear any last energies from your aura.

Now sit for a moment in your cleansed and clear aura.

Feel the warm golden light all around you again.

Notice how it feels to be in your own energy now.

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and release out through your mouth.

Begin to deepen your breath and start to come back into your physical body.

Start moving your fingers and toes.

Move your head from side to side and slowly and gently come back into your space.

This was incredible! After a day-long headache, dealing with a lot of stress from work, and feeling super down and unmotivated, I decided I was gonna take my meditation outside (where shortly beforehand, it began to rain). I did this meditation, felt every bit of that stress from the day pour right out of my body. Truly, WHAT a shift in energy! & when I opened my eyes, the most radiant, fullest rainbow I’ve ever seen was right there in front of me. 🌈Thank you for this 🫶🏼
