What a beautiful time to call in the angel energy for your day ahead.
Begin to get comfortable in your physical body and settle into your space.
Allow yourself the space and time to connect to the angelic realm before you start moving through your day.
Get quiet in your body and close your eyes.
Feel your breath moving in and out of your lungs.
Trace the air moving from the tip of your nose down all the way to the base of your lungs.
Articulate that tiny moment in time when you switch from inhale to exhale.
Now follow the air moving from the base of your lungs up and out through your nose.
The breath is always moving gently in and out of your body.
You can always return to your breath as an anchor throughout this meditation and throughout your day.
We will now call on the energy of the archangels to join us and watch over us throughout our day.
We begin by calling on Archangel Chamuel.
You may see this energy as a pale green color all around you.
Archangel Chamuel helps to ease any anxieties you are feeling about your day ahead.
Offer your concerns to Archangel Chamuel and allow them to carry this for you now.
Feel the energy of peace all around you as Archangel Chamuel envelops you in their loving and calming energy.
