The Higher Self Transmission

Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect, that acts as a bridge between this world and higher worlds of light. Our Higher Self is in a sense, our Guardian Angel that watches over our ascension process. This process involves incarnating into a lower frequency dimension, one that is ruled by a collective separative type of consciousness. In this transmission, we call upon the Higher Self to descend into the body of glorious sunlight. This sun activates and transmits light codes to every Chakra, from the crown, down to the base. Allow your Higher Self to awaken higher frequencies of light, possibility and unity consciousness.

Welcome to this higher self transmission,

Opening three new centers of power and unity consciousness.

And as always we begin with the breath,

The breath.

Opening,

Softening,

Allowing,

Relaxing with the breath.

As you breathe in light from the universe around you into your body of bone and blood.

And allowing your body to drink in light from the universe around you.

Light from the stars.

Light from the sun.

Light from the earth below your feet.

Breathing in light and on the out-breath just letting go of any old energies that you've taken on from the collective consciousness that you need to release back to the universe.

And continuing to breathe in light from the universe around you.

And releasing old energies you've taken on in your body or energy fields on the out-breath.

Follow the cycle of breath.

Light on the in-breath into the bones,

Blood,

Organs,

Cells,

DNA of the body.

And releasing anything from the body on the out-breath,

The bones,

Blood,

The organs,

Cells,

DNA back to the universe on the out-breath.

And taking light into the etheric body,

Breathing light into the etheric body,

The chakra system.

On the in-breath light from the stars and the sun.

And on the out-breath releasing back to the universe anything from your chakra system back that needs to be released on the out-breath.

Following the cycle of breath,

Light in on the in-breath and breathing in light into the emotional body.

Emotional body,

A feeling of light,

A feeling of light.

Emotional body,

Fluid field of energy around and within your physical body of emotions,

Feelings,

Breathing in light.

And anywhere you've taken on other people's emotional energy,

Release on the out-breath back to the universe.

Releasing this energy.

Releasing all emotional energy that doesn't belong to you back to the universe on the out-breath.

And breathing in light on the in-breath into the mental body.

A field of moving energy around and within the emotional and physical bodies.

And on the out-breath,

Releasing anybody else's mental energy on the out-breath that doesn't belong to you.

Other people's thoughts,

Ideas,

Beliefs,

Perceptions and judgments.

Releasing back to the universe on the out-breath,

Letting it all go.

Releasing back to the universe on the out-breath,

Letting it all go.

Letting it all go,

Any energy that doesn't belong to you physically,

Ethereically,

Emotionally,

Mentally.

And breathing in light from the universe,

Light into your body.

And as you release other people's energy,

Just ask your higher self to bring back more of your own authentic light into the body.

Into the etheric body.

Into the emotional and mental bodies.

More of your own true authentic energy.

And breathe.

And as always,

We call four angels of light around you.

Four angels of light holding the horizontal space around you.

Horizontal space.

In the east,

We have the angel of air,

Archangel Raphael.

And this angel holds the energy of emerald green fire in his energy field.

Feeding that energy,

Inviting it into your body.

Breathing it wherever it needs to go.

Emerald green fire.

This is a very healing energy.

It can help rebuild energetic pathways in the energy field.

If any energy channels have been burnt or damaged,

Just ask this energy to begin to repair these energy channels.

Emerald green fire,

Healing and repairing the layers of the energy that is in your body.

Emerald green fire,

Healing and repairing the layers of your light body.

And particularly,

Emerald green fire,

Healing any channels in the head and neck and spine that may be damaged through energetic downloads from the universe.

Where we take down too much light into the body,

Sometimes the circuits get overloaded and damaged.

Asking for this gentle emerald green fire to begin to heal and hold and repair any damaged channels of energy.

And as this is happening,

I call to the south Archangel Michael,

Archangel of Fire.

And the energy of that angel is electric blue fire.

Imagine if you will breathing that energy into your body.

And particularly into the etheric body,

The energy field most closest to the physical body.

And ask for that energy to heal and seal any openings,

Tears or rips in the etheric body.

Healing any scar tissue or weaknesses in the etheric body,

Strengthening your etheric field,

Your chakra system.

And as this is happening,

I call to the west Archangel Gabriel of Water.

And this angel brings diamond white fire.

Diamond white fire.

And imagine wrapping this cloak of light of diamond white fire around your body.

Around the head,

Torso,

Arms and legs.

And allowing that fire to go deep,

Pulling out and extracting what can be extracted from your body from other people's energy.

And breathe,

Open,

Soften,

Relax,

Allowing this diamond white fire to go deep.

Open,

Soften,

Relax,

Let go,

Allowing this light to go deeper.

And as this is happening,

I call to Archangel Uriel of the north.

Archangel of earth.

And the energy of this angel is ruby red fire.

And breathing this fire into the body,

Particularly into the heart,

Clearing and cleansing the heart space.

And allowing this ruby red fire to begin to clear the physical heart,

Clearing the etheric heart and the physical heart.

And allowing this ruby red fire to begin to clear the physical heart,

Clearing the etheric heart and the physical heart of lower frequency energies.

And allowing the ruby red fire in the heart to be carried around the body by the blood system.

Allowing ruby red fire to move around the body to all the extremities of the body.

And going deep within the body,

Being carried by the blood deep into the body.

Clearing and cleansing the body with ruby red fire.

And as this is happening,

Breathe,

Open,

Soften,

Relax.

Breathe,

Open,

Soften and relax.

And I call the energy of Metatron from the above space.

Who brings the Christ Spirit down into the room,

Golden white fire,

A grid of light above your head.

Allowing that golden white fire to seal the space above your head and seal the room with golden white fire.

Walls,

The floor,

Doors and windows,

Golden white fire.

So you're sitting in a cube of golden white light,

Blocking off any lower interference from affecting this transmission meditation.

And then I ask Metatron to bring that grid down through your body,

Bring that grid down through your body,

All the way down to the heart point,

Anchoring this Christ grid in the heart.

And as the grid is anchored in your heart,

It opens all the chakras from the head and neck down,

The crown center opening and closing in on the heart,

And that's where the energy of Metatron is coming from.

And I call the energy of Metatron to bring that grid down into your body.

And as the grid is anchored in your heart,

It opens all the chakras from the head and neck down,

The crown center opening as a great sphere of crystal and gold light opening.

The third eye opening as a great sphere of light,

Crystal emerald green light opening.

The throat chakra opening as a great sphere of majestic royal blue light opening.

And asking Metatron and the angels to adjust these chakras from the head,

Neck and heart adjusting,

Allowing more light to flow into those chakras,

Those spheres of light.

And as this is happening,

I call to Sandalphon to bring up the crystalline 5D grid of the earth,

Silver white fire of the earth up from the earth below,

And bring up the crystal light of the earth,

The crystal light of the earth,

From the earth below,

And as this is happening I call to Sandalphon to bring up the crystalline 5D grid of the earth,

Silver white fire of the earth up from the earth below,

Up into the room,

And the chakras of the feet open to receive this light,

Open.

And Sandalphon bringing that grid up to the heart in the body,

Bringing it through the body and as it passes through the body,

Opening all the chakras,

Base chakra opens as a great sphere of shimmering platinum light opens.

The sacral centre opens as a great sphere of pearl pink light opens.

The sacral centre opens as a great sphere of pearl pink light opens.

The solar plexus opens as a great sphere of golden rainbow light opens.

And allowing that grid to be anchored into the heart,

Anchored into the heart,

And it asks your higher self and guides to help you dissolve any and all cords to the heart.

Anchored into the heart and it asks your higher self and guides to help you dissolve any and all cords to the old karmic grid of the earth.

Anchored into the heart and it asks your higher self and guides to help you dissolve any and all cords to the old karmic grid of the earth.

So that you're only standing on the 5D crystalline grid,

Drinking in light from that grid,

Drinking in light from that grid,

Releasing the old grid of the earth.

And allowing the six angels around you to rebalance and open your energy field.

And just spending a moment allowing the angels to hold you,

To open the line,

Expand your energy field,

Open the line,

Expand.

Six angels around you,

Horizontal force and vertical force,

Holding you in a grid of light.

And into this space I call your higher self,

I call your higher self.

And your higher self exists as a high frequency chakra way above your head,

11th chakra.

And invoking that energy now,

This 11th chakra is a great golden orange sun,

Many feet above your head,

Many feet above your head.

And as that energy opens,

Opens,

Begins to descend down through the central column towards the top of your head,

Crown chakra.

A great golden orange globe of light descending.

That light begins to flood through your whole energy field,

Through every layer,

Every layer of your light body.

A golden orange light,

Higher frequency consciousness,

This is you,

The higher dimensional existence.

And allowing that descent,

Slow descent down towards the top of the head now.

And the crown center opens,

This crystal and gold center of light opens to receive that golden orange sun.

And the higher self merges with your crown center,

This golden orange sun merges with this sphere of crystal and gold light,

Merges,

Becomes one with.

And just feel this transmission of light to your crown center.

And then the higher self,

This golden orange sphere of light begins to descend to the center of the head,

Which is received by the third eye center,

This center of crystal and emerald green light opens to receive and the higher self merges with your third eye,

Merges.

Golden orange sun and this crystal and emerald green light merges together.

And allow a transmission of light from your higher self to your third eye.

Opening,

Expanding,

Aligning.

Center of your head.

And allowing that sphere of power,

Your higher self to descend now to the throat chakra,

This majestic royal blue center of force opens to receive your higher self.

This golden orange sun merges as one with your throat chakra and receive this transmission of light into your throat now.

Breathing,

Opening,

Allowing.

Allowing that light to go deep into the throat chakra.

Deep into all the layers and levels.

And this sphere of force,

Your higher self begins to descend now to the heart chakra.

This sphere of starlight opens to receive your higher self.

And this golden orange sun merges as one with your heart center and receive the transmission of light into the heart.

Open,

Soften,

Allow,

Breathe,

Receive.

And this sphere of force,

Your higher self descends now to your solar plexus center,

This center of gold and rainbow light opens to receive your higher self.

And your higher self and your solar plexus chakra becomes one.

This gold light and this golden rainbow sphere of force merging and open to receive a transmission of light to your solar plexus center.

And your higher self,

This golden orange sun descends now to the sacral center that opens to receive this light.

Your sacral,

This pearl pink sphere of force merging.

This pearl pink sphere of force merging with your higher self.

Open to receive a transmission of light now to your sacral center.

Open,

Breathe,

Soften,

Allow,

Allowing this transmission of light to go deep into the sacral center.

And breathe as this higher self center of force descends now to the base chakra.

Descends to the base chakra and the base chakra,

The shimmering sphere of platinum light opens to receive the golden light of the higher self and they become one,

Become one.

And receive a transmission of light into your base chakra,

This shimmering platinum sphere of force.

Breathe,

Soften,

Relax,

Receive.

And here in the base chakra the higher self begins to transmit light to the whole inner channel between base and top of head.

Light flowing up the spine to the top of head.

Opening,

Expanding,

Clearing the inner channel.

And extending that channel down and extending that channel down deep into the crystalline core of the earth.

Deep into the crystalline core of the earth.

And allow a grounding of this transmission,

A grounding into the earth,

The 5D grid of the earth.

Grounding this light into the earth,

Extending your energy field down into the earth,

Into the crystalline grid.

And your higher self begins to awaken three centers of force in your body,

Three new centers of force in your body.

And this first center of force is between the sacral and the solar plexus.

And this opens as a great,

Beautiful,

Orange sphere of force between the sacral and the solar plexus.

And this mini center of light is a new energy birthing a new level of power between your masculine and feminine forces in your body.

Your masculine and feminine archetypal forces helping to unify the two as a sacred marriage between the feminine and masculine within you,

Within you.

And you can imagine a golden infinity sign in the navel area unifying the masculine and feminine,

This great unification symbol,

A number 8 on its side.

Two loops of energies looping around continuously,

One supporting the other and the synergy of the two expanding as a new force in your body.

And I ask your higher self to help integrate that new center of force with all the other chakras in your body.

This new center of force in the navel area unifying it with the whole of your 5D chakra system.

And breathe,

Just allow your higher self to do the work in your body.

And the second center of force is in the upper chest between the heart and the throat chakra.

And this center is a beautiful turquoise pink color.

And this center represents unconditional love,

It's a higher level of frequency than the heart,

Whereas the heart is conditional love and social love,

Also romantic love.

The higher heart,

This turquoise pink light,

Is unconditional love for self and other,

Self and other.

And just sending the light of this center to your own body,

Bone and blood,

This turquoise pink light.

And sending this turquoise pink light to all the unloved parts of yourself,

The unloved parts of yourself,

Your inner child,

Your inner adolescent,

Your young adult.

Everywhere you feel unloved and still feel unloved in your energy field.

And also allowing that light to flow out into your reality.

This beautiful turquoise pink light out into your reality,

Into all the connections and relationships and situations in your reality.

Uplifting,

Upgrading,

Realigning your energy to your reality in a higher frequency way.

And breathe,

Soften,

Open,

Relax and allow the transmission of love out to your reality and also into your own energy field.

Into your own energy field.

And as this is happening,

The higher self begins to activate the third new center of force in the back of the neck,

Base of skull.

The center is called the well of dreams.

The well of dreams,

It's a center of synchronicity manifesting and dreaming your reality into being in a higher new way on the 5D grid.

And this center of force is rainbow colored and allowing that center to open,

Open.

And when that center is fully open and stabilized and radiating then your reality has a higher frequency of flow and breathing,

Breathing,

Opening,

Softening,

Relaxing as the higher self begins to open the well of dreams at the back of the neck,

Base of skull.

And allowing an activation of this center as the rainbow light begins to flood the head centers,

The neck and the whole of your energy field.

And allowing your higher self to begin to stabilize this opening,

Stabilizing this activation.

Stabilizing this rainbow higher light,

Allowing your head centers to begin to.

Allowing more flow,

Synchronicity,

Ease,

Grace in your reality.

Three centers of force opened in your body,

One in the navel,

The beautiful orange,

One in the upper heart,

A turquoise pink.

And one at the back of the neck,

Base of skull,

A rainbow colored center of force,

Three center of forces in the body opening and just open to the higher self now beginning to work in your energy field to integrate those three centers of force in your energy field.

Assisted by the six angels around you,

The four horizontal angels of force and the two vertical.

And all you need to do is breathe open,

Soften,

Relax and just allow the adjustments to happen now just allow the adjustments to your energy field and adjustments to these new centers of force.

Allowing these centers to begin to merge and integrate with your 5D spherical chakra system.

Breathing,

Opening,

Softening,

Allowing.

And when the opening and integration is done.

Your higher self is a sphere of force in the base chakra begins to ascend now once again up the inner column,

Passing from base to sacral.

And sacral to solar plexus.

And then to the heart.

And then up to the throat.

And then to third eye.

And then up to the crown at the top of head.

And then releasing from your body as it ascends up the central column going back to its position the 11th chakra many feet above your head.

Just feeling a decrease in intensity,

A decrease in intensity now.

And as this happens the angels around you begin also to adjust and decrease the intensity of the grids around you.

Allowing for a final adjustment now from the angels around you and then a release of energy as the angels,

Horizontal angels of force begin to release.

Uriel releasing,

Stepping back.

And Gabriel releasing and stepping back.

Michael releasing and stepping back.

And Rafael releasing and stepping back.

And then the vertical force Sanlophon and Metatron releasing those grids around you from the earth and central sun and stepping back and breathing.

As they step back just breathe open soften and with your breath begin to come back to your body of bone and blood coming back to your body of bone and blood.

Noticing the shifts within you.

Shifts of this higher self transmission and these three new centers of force.

And whatever extent you feel comfortable begin to close those spheres of force in the body the seven spheres from top of head to base of spine.

Closing to a degree you feel comfortable with.

Pulling back your energy field.

Creating a strong safe container of light around you.

And allowing these three new centers of force also to close whatever degree you feel comfortable with.

Breathing opening softening relaxing.
