Welcome to this rising sun meditation,
Activating your solar plexus chakra.
And having awareness of the morning sun,
The rising sun.
Open body,
Open mind.
And awareness of the light around you,
The rising light around you.
Focusing on your breath,
On the in-breath,
Feeling your connection to the universe around you.
On the in-breath light into every cell of your body.
Into the bones,
Blood,
Organs,
Systems of your body.
Focusing on the out-breath,
A release of lower energies back to universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more of your own natural light in the body.
Following that cycle of breath.
On the in-breath,
An invitation of light,
On the out-breath,
A release of lower energies.
And I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your highest self,
Monadic self,
The over-soul.
All helpers,
Guides,
Archangels,
Angels,
Elohim,
Seraphim.
All star beings,
Star races,
Star councils working with you.
All specialist teams in spirit working with you.
Come be with you now.
And the angels of the horizontal plane.
Being in the east,
The place of the rising sun.

Archangel of air,
Of the mind,
Healer magician.
The symbol,
The caduceus.
As you focus on that symbol,
Invite the energy of the angel,
Which is emerald green fire,
Into the space to hold the space,
To hold the space.
And to the south,
Michael,
Warrior protector,
Archangel of fire.
The symbol of flaming sword of light.
The energy electric blue fire.
As you focus on the symbol,
Inviting that angel and that energy into the space to hold the space,
To hold the space.
To the west,
Gabriel,
Archangel of water.
The symbol,
A silver chalice,
The energy diamond white fire.
Invite that fire like a waterfall of light washing through your field.
Washing away all shadows.
To the north,
Uriel,
Archangel of earth.
The symbol,
A golden pentacle,
The energy ruby red fire.
Invite that angel and that fire to hold the space,
To hold the space.
Four angels for energies and open and open.
From the earth below,
Sandefond,
Bring up the diamond white crystalline grid.
Up into the space to the feet,
Grounding you into the grid of light.
To the ankles and knees.
Pelvic area.
Bring you into the earth,
Holding you.
The light of Gaia holds you.
Bring that light all the way up to the heart and anchor into the heart.
Allow this grid of light to be anchored deep into the earth from the heart down.
And breathe and open.
And Metatron,
From the great central sun.
Bringing down the Christ grid,
The essential grid down through the stargate of our sun.
Down into the room.
The structure of the room,
The space.
Bring the space.
The floor,
The walls.
The ceiling,
The door,
The windows.
Closing it in light.
And bring that energy down into the heart that opens.
Anchoring it into the heart,
Allow all chakras from the heart upwards to align with the great central sun.
And open your body,

And focusing on the rising sun.
On the in-breath,
Breathing in light from the sun into the solar plexus chakra.
Opening the chakra to open like a great yellow flower.
Great yellow flower opens.
Great on the in-breath and on the out-breath releasing everything from the past.
Any energy from the past that can be released.
Allowing you to embrace the power of this moment,
Of this light,
Of this opportunity now to shift,
To shift meaningfully,
To shift powerfully into a higher octave of energy.
Breathing light in on the in-breath.
Light allowing for something new to emerge in your body.
Allowing for something new that's easy,
Effortless and joyful.
Breathing in light into the solar plexus that opens like a great yellow flower.
And on the out-breath releasing other people's emotional energy.
Sadness,
Anxiety,
Fear or anger you've picked up from the collective on the out-breath.
Releasing from the solar plexus.
Bring more of your own natural light,
Your own natural emotional energy into the solar plexus.
And breathing light on the in-breath and on the out-breath now.
Releasing other people's mental energy.
Any doubt or confusion you've picked up in the solar plexus.
Embracing the light of clarity.
The light of clarity.
On the in-breath breathing into the solar plexus and on the out-breath releasing other people's mental energy.
Any doubt or confusion.
Any thoughts,
Ideas,
Beliefs or visions that's not yours that do not serve you release on the out-breath.
Bringing light into the solar plexus allowing it to grow in power and light.
Breathing in the light of harmony from the sun.
The light of harmony.
And on the out-breath releasing all disharmony you have picked up or you are holding in the solar plexus.
Allowing more light into your solar plexus.
On the in-breath breathing in the light from the sun of limitlessness,
Of expansion,
Of space into the solar plexus.
And on the out-breath releasing limitation or feeling trapped or blocked.
Feeling more space,
More light,
More expansion,
More limitlessness.
On the in-breath breathing in the light of your own true power,
Multi-dimensional power.
Embracing your power,
Your resourcefulness,
Your talents,
Your gifts that you came into this life with from other lifetimes.
Your soul is resourceful.
Allow your light to shine on the out-breath releasing all sense of learned helplessness of playing the victim,
Of living your life through excuses,
Of giving your power away,
Of sacrifice,
Of believing others are better than you,
More capable,
More resourceful.
Embracing your own light,
Allowing your solar plexus to expand in light.
Embracing your own light,
Allowing your solar plexus to expand in light.
Allowing this chakra to begin to expand in light like a blazing sun.
On the in-breath breathing in the light of belonging.
You belong here.
You are the child of the universe.
You have worth,
Worth that's beyond measure,
Beyond price.
Release unworthiness,
Any way you've learnt or picked up or started to believe that you're unworthy for whatever reason.
Releasing other people's sense of unworthiness from your body.
Breathing in the sense of self-worth.
You belong here,
You're a child of the universe.
Allowing the chakra to expand as a blazing sun.
On the in-breath breathing in your alignment with your higher self,
Your soul,
Your mission.
Your ability to move forward meaningfully.
On the out-breath releasing all disappointment and failure.
Not living up to other people's expectations.
You are not here to fulfil other people's expectations.
You are here to fulfil your own.
Allowing the chakra to open and blaze,
To open and blaze.
Like a blazing golden sun that begins to also blaze with a rainbow light.
A golden rainbow light,
A great sphere of light,
The solar plexus chakra.
On the in-breath breathing light into the solar plexus.
And on the out-breath dissolve and release all cords connecting you to anybody else in a negative way.
Allowing the chakra to open and blaze.
And on the out-breath release all the cords connecting you to anybody else in a negative way.
And breathing light into the solar plexus as you release other people's emotional energy,
Mental energy.
Releasing disharmony,
Embracing harmony.
Releasing limitation.
Releasing expansion and space.
Releasing learned helplessness.
Playing the victim.
Giving power away.
Instead embracing your natural resourcefulness abilities.
Releasing unworthiness.
You belong here,
You are worthy.
Dissolving disappointment and failure.
Breathing light into the solar plexus.
Allowing all pictures of reality held in the solar plexus to become upgraded into 5D.
To allow the chakra to upgrade to a 5D radiant sun.
A golden sphere with rainbow light.
Allowing this light to shine into all cells radiating a new light through the body.
Radiating new light through your subtle bodies.
Radiating a new light out into reality and out into infinity.
Radiating a new light out into the universe.
Radiating a new light out into the universe.
And begin to shine your light out into the universe.
Out into your reality.
And breathe and open.
Open your body to a new reality.
Dissolving all limits to power,
How much power you can embrace and express in your life.
Power in a positive sense,
Power that serves,
Power that heals,
Power that transforms,
Aligning this power with your higher self so that you always act with integrity.
