Welcome to this awakening the inner senses meditation and just as you have outer senses in the body you also have inner senses.

We could call these inner senses a doorway to the inner worlds.

We use inner senses in meditation and in dreaming.

Consciously awakening the inner senses allows you to become more aware of what is happening within your psyche.

You can sense energy in the environment because your inner senses are connected to your intuition,

Your internal guidance system.

The inner senses connect the conscious mind with the many levels of the unconscious mind and the strength of this relationship determines the strength of your relationship with your higher self that uses your inner senses to communicate with you.

This meditation is on three levels.

Firstly it builds inner awareness.

It then strengthens your ability to focus your imagination.

It then allows you to receive various communications from your unconscious mind and in turn allows you to communicate back.

So as always open body open mind and with your breath connecting to the energy of the universe around you with your breath.

Breathing light into the body,

Light into the body.

And on the out breath releasing any energy you don't need back to the universe.

Feeling your cycle of breath,

That connection to the stars,

The sun,

The earth.

Where you can breathe in a higher octave of light on the in breath and on the out breath releasing anything of a lower nature,

Lower nature.

And let's call all helpers,

Guardians,

Angels working with you on the inner planes.

Let's call your higher self.

And keeping your awareness with your breath,

Keeping your awareness with your breath,

Allowing your breath to connect you with your body.

Feeling that in breath and the out breath just feeling the connection with your body.

And in that cycle of breath notice any tension in the body.

Any areas of expansion and contraction.

Without forcing anything just using your breath to allow a gentle openness and unclenching and release of any tension in the body.

No need to force anything just breathing and scanning the body.

Anywhere you sense a clenching just breathe into that part and allow an unclenching,

A release of any tension.

And now begin to shift your awareness into certain areas of the body.

First moving your awareness to the belly area,

The sacral area.

Feeling how expansive or contracted this area feels.

Feeling all the sensations just accepting and allowing.

And bringing your awareness to the heart,

Center of the chest.

Notice how expansive or contracted this area feels.

Feeling all the sensations just accepting and allowing.

Moving the awareness up to the throat and head and notice how expansive or contracted this area feels.

Notice all the sensations just accepting and allowing.

Breathe and open and now feeling this shift.

Now feeling this shift bring your awareness to your feelings or emotional body.

Just tune in,

Are there any feelings or emotions running in the body or your energy field that you need to become aware of.

As you tune into the body notice if there are any feelings of perhaps joy or sadness or peace or anxiety or perhaps indifference and stillness.

Just breathing and noticing.

And bringing your awareness also to any thoughts or images running through your mind.

Just accepting and allowing without any judgement.

Just becoming a witness to the mind.

Any thoughts moving through perhaps randomly or maybe in a more associated way.

One thought connected to another.

Just being aware with no judgement.

And then becoming aware of any conversations in the psyche,

Any internal dialogue.

Just noticing any dialogue.

Perhaps a dialogue about this meditation.

Perhaps other things in your life running.

Just notice if there is any internal dialogue.

So with your breath and awareness scanning the body,

Noticing your feelings,

Sensations,

Noticing any thoughts,

Noticing any conversations or dialogue.

Just accepting and allowing.

Bringing your attention back to the breath.

And now feel this shift into the next level.

Bringing your awareness to your heart in the centre of your chest.

And we're just going to focus for a moment on your heart chakra,

The energy centre in the centre of your chest.

Just begin to imagine this chakra is like a flower,

A flower.

A flower that can open or close or be somewhere in between.

And just notice your heart as a flower.

Whether your heart is open,

The flower is open or whether it's guarded and closed and shielded tight like a bud or somewhere in between.

Just notice this heart chakra as a flower.

Just noticing what is the colour of the flower,

Of the heart.

Perhaps it presents a colour other than you usually associate with this chakra.

Does this flower have a colour?

Is this flower opened or closed?

Does this flower or centre feel energised or otherwise?

Just gaining as much information about this centre that you can gain.

Then let's choose another chakra.

Let's choose perhaps the solar plexus.

And again noticing this chakra as a flower,

The solar plexus.

Just noticing with your inner awareness what's happening here.

Is the flower open or closed?

What colour is this flower?

Perhaps a colour other than you usually associate this chakra.

Does this centre feel energised or otherwise?

Just taking a moment to scan the solar plexus.

And then using this method scanning the other centres of the body,

Perhaps the throat or sacral or third eye or base or crown.

Scanning the other chakras that exist along the spine from the base to the top of the head,

The seven main centres within the body.

Some may feel more open and energised and more vibrant than others.

Let's close that zone with aantage.

Scanning the body,

Scanning the chakras,

Noticing,

Getting information.

How open or closed are these chakras?

Some may be more open,

Some may be more closed.

And bring your attention back to your breath.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

And feel this shift as we go up a level.

Now imagine a flower,

Not as a chakra,

But an actual flower,

Perhaps one that you have seen or caught your attention at some time.

A flower,

Perhaps a favorite flower,

One you like,

One you're drawn to,

Perhaps one you've seen in the home or somewhere outside,

A garden or a park.

In life you have seen many flowers.

Just bring to mind now one flower,

Just one flower.

If your mind produces three or four,

Just discount all but one,

Just focusing on one.

This can be your favorite flower,

Such as perhaps a rose or some other flower.

Noticing all the subtle colors of the flower,

The shape,

Holding this flower in your awareness,

The petals,

The stems.

And you may notice that your mind may wish to move on to other flowers,

Other places,

Just bring it back to this flower,

This color.

Notice any thoughts or feelings you have while focusing on the flower,

But always bring your mind back to the flower.

Music Focusing on the flower.

Music And then release the flower,

Bringing your attention back to your breath.

The in-breath and the out-breath.

And feel this shift.

As you know,

Imagine a garden,

A garden.

Perhaps one you have visited at some point in your life.

It can be an actual garden or a garden you just create internally.

Imagine stepping into that garden.

And opening all of your senses.

Noticing the colors and forms of a garden.

It may feel vague at first,

But allow it to become more defined as you move through this meditation.

Noticing the colors,

The forms,

The color of the sky,

Whether it's sunny or cloudy.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel the breeze on your face.

Perhaps reach out and touch something,

The bark of a tree.

Listen to the sounds of wind or birds of silence.

Open your inner senses,

The sense of seeing,

Shape,

Color,

Form,

Of hearing,

Sound and silence,

Of feeling,

Of touching,

Of knowing,

Of intuiting,

Of smelling,

Of tasting.

Take a further step into this garden,

Begin to explore the garden.

Just have a walk around this garden noticing how this garden feels,

Whether it's well kept or whether there are any signs of weeds or overgrown patches or signs of disrepair anywhere.

Just take your time exploring the garden,

Walking around the garden.

There may be perhaps a garden path,

Different areas of the garden,

With different types of flowers or plants.

What kind of garden is this?

And from time to time just smelling and touching and noticing the colors,

Opening your inner senses.

And now feeling this shift,

I'm going to ask your unconscious mind that one part of this garden is going to represent an important area of your life.

One part of this garden will represent an important area of your life,

Perhaps abundance or health or romance or your spiritual life.

Bring to mind one important area.

And begin to explore the garden until you intuitively find that area.

Until you know this is the area that represents this area of my life.

Notice how this part of the garden looks and feels like.

Notice if there's anything that needs to be adjusted or changed here,

If anything.

Perhaps weeding or pruning or seeding or replanting.

Perhaps a bigger adjustment.

What needs to happen here as a reflection of a positive change in your outer life.

Imagine now you can call some helpers into the garden from your unconscious mind to help you make these changes.

Gardeners perhaps.

And begin to make this area of the garden a representation of all the qualities you wish to see reflected in your outer world.

Perhaps making this a space of color and beauty.

Perhaps stillness or tranquility.

Perhaps abundance and fertility.

Perhaps joy and connection.

Make all the changes you need until you feel happy with this area of the garden.

And begin to explore the garden.

And begin to explore the garden.

And begin to explore the garden.

And leave this area of the garden,

Coming back the way you came to the starting point in the garden.

Then imagine closing your eyes in the garden and releasing the garden.

Bringing your attention back to the breath.

Back to your body.

Back to the feelings in the body.

Back to being a witness of the mind.

And with your breath,

Begin to come back,

Wiggling fingers and toes back to the outer world of your outer senses and let's thank your team in spirit for just being present during this meditation.

And this meditation is offered to you as always with love and blessings.
