Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise,
Solar plexus chakra activation and just tuning into the cycle of your breath,
Allowing the cycle of your breath to quieten your mind,
Bringing you into the present moment,
The cycle of breath,
The in-breath,
The invitation of light into your field,
The out-breath is the release of any lower energies in your field,
Just allowing this constant cycle to bring you into the now moment,
Pulling your mind back from all contemplations on the past or future,
And as you have practiced many times with your breath,
Becoming aware of your core,
Core in your body,
Feeling this core like a tiny radiant diamond at the centre of your being,
Which may be in the belly,
Solar plexus or perhaps heart,
Just feeling into that core,
Still connected to the cycle of breath,
And your core is connected to the crystalline core of the earth,
The grid of the earth,
And that you can draw energy up from that crystalline grid,
That crystalline core,
Into the core of your body,
You are naturally connected to the crystalline core of the earth,
And as you feel this connection,
You begin to invigorate your core with light,
Allowing this light into the core,
And then the core begins to ignite and expand,
Filling your physical body with fluid light,
The bones,
Blood,
Organs,
Systems and cells of your body,
Allowing this radiant core to begin to send light out into your auric field,
Fluid flowing light out into your aura,
As your body and aura become filled with light,
Become aware of another point of light,
And this point of light is in the centre of your solar plexus chakra,
Above the navel,
Feel your connection between these two points of light,
The light in your core,
And the light at the centre of the chakra,
And they may feel close to one another,
But they will certainly be separate,
Your solar plexus is the centre of your personal power,
When your solar plexus is clear,
Aligned and activated,
You will feel a sense of functioning in the world,
An ease of being comfortable in your own shoes,
A healthy sense of independence,
A sense of knowing who you truly are,
And where you are going in the world,
When your solar plexus is clear,
Aligned and activated,
You know that your happiness and success does not depend on anything external outside of your being,
That you have all the resources you need within,
Allow the light from your core to begin to bring out the natural beauty and colour of your sunny solar plexus chakra,
Allowing the vibration of the chakra to increase all layers levels to the highest and most appropriate vibrationary level and space for you now,
Allow the light from your core to begin to connect to anywhere in your solar plexus that holds any deep sense of shock or trauma,
Especially relating to ongoing criticism,
Ongoing insults,
Anywhere your boundaries have been ignored or transgressed,
If relevant dissolving any shock relating to any conflict,
Aggression,
Violence or war,
Whether from this lifetime or any other lifetime that your solar plexus is holding,
Allow the light from your core to embrace any sense of shock and trauma within you that perhaps arose during your teenage and young adult years,
Allow this light to lovingly dissolve and clear any anxiety,
Any fear or helplessness,
Any sense of being a victim,
Any feelings of unworthiness you may be carrying,
Clearing and dissolving any energies that do not belong to you,
Such as other people's anxiety,
Other people's confusion,
Aggression,
Low self esteem,
Inertia,
Stagnation,
They're opinions and judgements that somehow you've absorbed within your being,
Allow the light from your core to dissolve any resistance to your inner power,
Any disconnection to your true self,
Anywhere you may feel inferior to another being,
Anywhere you over rationalise your emotions,
Any neediness that you are holding,
Anywhere you feel you have to fight,
Anywhere you have suppressed your own anger,
Allowing this light to dissolve any power struggles you have been engaged in,
Whether consciously or unconsciously,
Allow the light from your core to dissolve any feelings of being unable to activate and follow your needs and dreams,
Any stuckness or fear you may have around making an important contribution to the world,
Anywhere you may feel a resistance to being visible in the world,
Being truly seen and heard by others,
Just allow the light to dissolve any energy preventing any happiness or joy in your life,
Anything seeking to block your sunny nature,
Allow this light to dissolve anything not allowing you to grow up into full adulthood,
Allow this light to activate a strong sense of connection to your true self,
Your authentic star seed identity beyond any 3D ego mask,
To connect you to your true sense of inner authority,
Inner power,
Inner confidence and courage,
Allow this light to activate your innate gift of clarity,
Of knowing what is useful and not useful for you in any given moment,
To activate your innate gift of focus,
Of setting powerful uplifting intentions,
To activate your sovereign power of freedom of choice,
Your innate decisiveness,
Your ability to create harmony and equality in all of your relationships,
Allow the light from your core to begin to embrace the point of light within the centre of your chakra,
Activating a powerful left and right brain integration,
Allowing your yin feminine archetypal side to unify with your yang masculine archetypal side,
Allowing both sides to work together synergistically in harmony,
As you go about your day just feel into this process going on within your solar plexus,
Remember you are a multidimensional soul and that you are here for an important reason,
You are here to celebrate your life,
You are here to transform any sense of struggle or limitation into flow,
Joy and liberation,
Know that you are here and each step you take is supported by the light of Gaia and that your journey is being lovingly held by the universe,
