Welcome to this meditation for the throat chakra, The energy center that helps us to speak our truth and to listen for the deeper meaning. Through this meditation, You'll hear affirmations to help you illuminate your throat chakra and balance it for the greatest good so you can take action towards your big vision and dreams. I invite you to find a comfortable seat. In getting comfortable, Softly close your eyes. Take a deep inhale and full exhale, Allowing yourself to let go. You feel grounded, Rooted, And present. I invite you to envision a ball of white light just above the crown of your head. Beautiful and bright. This white light flows through your body from head to toe, Releasing wherever you've been, Any sticky thoughts, Just letting them flow through, Knowing that whatever else you need to get to, You'll get to when it's time. Let that white light flow through your body. And now draw your attention to your throat. Let your jaw relax and your tongue can drop away from the roof of your mouth. Feel the flow of air through your throat as you breathe. Envision a beautiful color blue right within your throat center, A beautiful ball of blue light. What kind of blue is it, Like a sea or the sky? See this beautiful blue glowing brightly as we activate and balance your throat center. You can hear these affirmations or repeat them to yourself. I am open, Clear, And honest in my communication. I have a right to speak my truth. I communicate my feelings with ease. I live an authentic life. I have integrity. I express myself creatively through speech, Writing, Or art. I love to share my experiences and wisdom. I know when it's time to listen. I express my gratitude towards life.
