Kindness Meditation: A 'Difficult' Person
In this kindness meditation practice, we cultivate a kind attitude towards ourselves, a benefactor or dear person, and then towards a person we have a difficult relationship with. It forms part of the Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living Course.
