Good morning,

Good day,

Good night.

We are going to begin our practice.

As each time we sit,

I'm inviting you to find a comfortable space.

I generally light a candle or some sage to awaken my spirits.

First of all,

I was thinking about when I woke up how happy I am to share this space with each of you and how I commend you for showing up because it isn't easy.

I know that it isn't easy to show up every day.

Sometimes it's easier to go underneath the veil and to just not begin our days with this type of practice and connection and ritual.

And for myself,

I've really noticed a difference just showing up each day because I know also that you are here and that we are sitting together and how important that is for me to be here and how important it is for you to be here and how easy it is for us to forget that and to stay underneath or numbed or totally embedded in the stories of the mind.

So we are in this incredible portal and what it means is that there's this amazing amount of light that's being shown onto the planet Earth and it's called Lion's Gate and it doesn't really matter what it's called.

It's a feeling that you can receive and it can help you in transforming yourself through this transmission.

So let's see,

I started a tad bit late so excuse me,

Let me just find my connection to my thoughts.

And yes I'm super happy to be in my home after six years of busting my ass.

So I'm in my new home and it's awesome to be at home again and I really needed that.

And thanks to my practice and meditating wherever I was staying,

I was fine.

But now that I'm actually in a place where I can settle,

It really feels amazing.

So as we shed old beliefs and patterns and behaviors about ourselves and hopefully you are noticing too those areas of your life where you're struggling and that is how we change.

And there's one thing that we know for sure about our lives is that it is changing.

One constant is change.

And once we realize how to navigate change and understand that through change is how we evolve and how also through conditioning that may have happened in our lifetime,

Through our childhoods,

Through years of addiction,

Had relationships,

Years of beating yourself up or just not feeling good enough,

How disconnected we get.

And so when we sit and do this practice together with the support of one another and we notice those areas of our lives where we're in pain or we are not allowing ourselves to feel emotions that we've gotten so caught up,

Cut off from our essence,

When we learn and that's why you're continuing and coming back because there's a part of you that knows that it's there and that you have this capacity to heal and transform your beliefs and patterns and behaviors and doing that precisely now at this moment in time is so powerful.

So let's begin our practice.

Tuning inwards,

Closing your eyes if you haven't already.

And as you close your eyes just listening within,

How are you feeling?

Noticing any sensations in your body and feeling the weight of your body on your cushion or your chair and letting gravity weight you down just a little bit more,

Feeling your body.

Feeling that connection of the bottom part of your legs or your feet as they touch the ground and giving yourself permission to let go of the stories of the mind by focusing on your breathing.

So let's breathe together,

Three deep breaths,

Inhaling,

Taking in some more air,

Really lengthen your spine and a long deep exhale out your mouth.

Exhale all the air out.

Release the air out of your abdomen,

Hold the air out and then breathe in again,

Filling up your lungs,

Taking in more air.

Hold and exhale,

Emptying out your throat with a sigh.

Exhale all the air out,

Emptying out your belly,

Bringing your navel to your spine and hold the air out,

Noticing the stillness in your body.

And then breathe in again.

Widen your shoulders now,

Breathe in some more and exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Letting go,

Releasing,

Letting go of thoughts,

Releasing,

Releasing the air,

Exhale all the air out,

Grounding your body,

Feeling rooted and then breathing in and out of your nose naturally at your own rhythm.

Sensing the ground beneath you,

You might want to touch the ground with one of your hands,

Just acknowledging it,

This incredible,

Vibrant,

So beautiful planet that we live on that provides us shelter,

Nourishment,

Water,

Air.

Can you feel that stillness come up through your body?

Can you notice your nervous system as it calms down?

Noticing each inhalation and exhalation,

Staying aligned to your breath will allow for your mind to settle and some days that's easier than others.

So just remembering each inhalation and feeling your body rise and lengthen your spine as you breathe in and when you exhale,

Feel a release,

A letting go,

Exhaling all the air out,

Feeling yourself centering and grounding all the way to the bottom of your exhale,

Noticing roots coming out at the bottom part of your body,

Pausing for a moment in the stillness before breathing in again naturally,

Setting your intention for your day or your practice can also set your intention for your life.

Sometimes I'm very specific and sometimes I simply say for my highest good,

May I practice today and for the highest good of all of humanity.

Sometimes you notice your mind settling down and becoming more clear and stable,

Inviting you to call in the presence of your ancestors at your back,

Just noticing them there.

You might notice a gathering or it might be just one grandmother or great grandmother or father who really impacted you as a child.

You remember their wisdom,

Their presence,

How they cared for you.

How did it feel to be cared for and seen by an elder?

Let your body feel that.

In front of you,

Remembering the next seven generations that we are here to evolve into more compassionate beings and specifically you have your purpose.

To bring your attention to your own heart,

Putting your hands there and just feeling in,

Feel that pressure of your hands.

How does it feel to look within and to notice all of the parts of you sensing and scanning and noticing any areas where you've been struggling or judging yourself,

Not being good enough or somehow something just isn't right.

Tone into that tightness by noticing our areas where we're in resistance,

Allowing them to be.

This is how we transform repressed emotions or old beliefs or patterns by being with them,

Allowing for them to be there.

Letting your breath go in and out of your heart.

Let's take three deep cleansing breaths,

Inhaling,

Really filling up your heart,

A wave of awareness washing over your own heart,

Dissolving any old pain and exhale.

Exhale all the air out.

Feel that draining out of your body,

Letting go of old stories,

Beliefs,

Behaviors.

Breathing again now,

Inhaling,

Taking in some more air and exhale.

Exhale all the air out,

Letting go of tension,

Letting go of stress.

Breathing and then one more time,

Breathing in,

Really holding your heart,

Feeling a deep sense of acceptance for who you are,

How far you've come.

And then exhale,

Exhale all the air out,

Holding the air out at the bottom,

Noticing the stillness within,

How good it feels to be connected to your heart.

Seeing that refuge within your body.

Breathing in and out of your heart.

Stepping into one quality that you would like to bring into your day.

More trust that everything is going to turn out just fine if you stay present.

More patience slowing down,

Slowing down the mind so you can enjoy every moment.

And remembering that if there's something that you're not liking in your life right now,

Something you're struggling with,

It may not be what you want but it might be what you need to change.

It's with our awareness that we change and grow.

So now turning towards yourself with loving awareness and holding yourself.

Yes,

Days are hard but I can hold myself.

I don't need external factors,

People to hold me.

Moving your arms around,

Just noticing how it feels to comfort your own being.

Seeing that divine presence or caregiver giving you this big hug.

Might be your angels or a grandparent.

Just feel how it feels to be held.

Also your higher self.

Can that part of you that is whole and connected and very wise turn towards you and remind you that this is why you're here,

To learn,

To grow,

To transform.

So as your body softens and your heart opens,

Receive the blessings.

Receive receive receive and if there's resistance,

Stay with it.

Stay with that tightness or the desire to move.

Just hold.

And taking advantage of this wonderful moment in time of this portal.

Open your crown,

Just feel like it's opening and imagine the sunshine pouring down into the top of your head,

Trusting and receiving the showering of blessings.

Seeing it touch your forehead and your chest,

Opening up your heart,

Filling you up,

Cleansing your cells,

Your blood,

Your bones.

Keep on receiving,

Keep on receiving,

Keep on trusting.

Bringing your attention to your heart again,

Repeating these phrases,

Really feeling them as you say them.

I am worthy.

I am whole and complete.

I am free to choose whether I go into fear or whether I go into trust and love.

It's only up to you.

I am loved.

Feel that love as it fills up your body,

That feeling of being seen and heard,

Really feeling that connection.

When your mind is clear,

You can dive into that divine resonance within your heart.

So really feeling this healing within yourself,

Assisted by your ancestors,

Assisted by your light family.

And then repeating,

May all beings without exception be happy.

May all beings be healthy and strong.

May all beings let go of self-limiting beliefs and fear so they can trust in their innate goodness.

Towing your head and really filling up your body with sense of gratitude for being alive and awake.

Such a powerful time right now.

It's amazing.

But you've got to stay grounded.

It's really mega,

Mega,

Mega important.

So thank you for showing up and I will see you tomorrow.

It's really such a pleasure to share this space with you.

Thank you.

Acknowledge yourself.

And I shall see you tomorrow.

So nice to see you.

Thank you.

So enjoy your day.

Notice your behaviors,

Your patterns,

Your beliefs.

It's by noticing them that you begin to shift them.

Just notice.

I said something out of line that didn't feel right.

Just bring awareness into your daily lives.

And then when you go to sleep at night,

Remember your intention and just note where was I?

Where was I aligned today?

And where maybe I wasn't.

Just doing that practice every day of remembering your intention,

Finding ways that you shifted off the path and just bringing yourself back.

That's all.

It's really not that complicated.

It's the remembering part.

But this is why you train your mind.

This is what we,

This is the practice of what we're doing to train your mind so you're no longer the victim but the one taking responsibility.

It's really empowering.

sat here this morning with one of my cats 🐈 Elma 💙 on my lap and listening to him breathing and to your beautiful guided meditation... it got me thinking ... We are all breathing ... but are we in control? Hopefully not! We are way too distracted and unreliable and if we were responsible for our breathing we would have died long ago 🙃 We get caught up in thoughts, emails, texts and conversations and forget about the breath ... then whoops we are gone! 🤔 Thankfully we are not allowed that much responsibility 😆 Remember the gift 🎁 that is our amazing body 😍 Be grateful... you are amazing 👏 💛 Have a great day and thank you!
