I'm Stephanie Ablett and I'll be taking you on this journey today.
Let's start with some nice deep breaths.
Breathing all the way deep into the belly and breathing all the way out.
Letting your body begin to relax.
Letting it move in any way it needs to,
To find deeper comfort and deeper relaxation.
And let your body begin to sink into the surface beneath you.
Beginning to feel the weight of your body,
Releasing tension and stress.
Relaxing deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you.
And let your breath expand your body,
Opening your chest,
Releasing your belly.
Letting yourself come into full deep breaths,
Breathing all the way in and all the way out.
And when you feel yourself begin to settle in,
Bring your awareness to your root chakra.
And at your root chakra,
You have a grounding cord,
A tether that connects you from your root chakra to the center of the earth.
And now follow this tether,
This grounding cord with your awareness from your root chakra all the way down into the center of the earth.
And feel yourself grounded deeply into the earth with this grounding cord.
Allow it to stabilize your energies to make you feel safe and secure.
To feel deeply rooted within yourself.
Harmonizing your energies,
Helping you to feel balanced.
And supported by these beautiful earth energies.
And then when you're ready,
Bring your awareness back up to your body and stop at your heart.
And we're going to open your heart like a flower.
And imagine your heart chakra opening like a full blossoming flower.
Opening petal by petal.
Fully expanding and opening.
Blossoming fully.
And when you feel that flower of your heart blossoming fully,
Move your awareness to your throat.
And allow your throat to begin to blossom petal by petal.
Opening and expanding fully.
And allow it to expand and open.
Blossoming fully petal by petal.
And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness back up to your heart.
And imagine your heart chakra opening like a full blossoming flower.
Opening petal by petal.
And when your throat feels fully open and expanded,
Move your awareness up to your third eye.
And allow your third eye to blossom and expand.
Opening fully petal by petal.
Blossoming fully.
Expanding and opening your third eye.
And when your third eye is fully open and expanded,
Move your awareness up to your crown.
And allow your crown and the top of your head to expand and blossom open like a flower petal by petal.
Opening and expanding fully.
Allowing your crown chakra to open wide.
And when your crown chakra feels open and expanded,
We're going to bring your awareness back down to your root and to a beautiful orb of light that is circling and moving around your root chakra.
And this orb of light is circling and swirling through your root chakra.
Clearing and activating your root chakra fully.
Allow this orb of light to move all throughout your root chakra.
Clearing and activating your root chakra fully.
And allow this ball of light to move and swirl its way up to your sacral chakra.
Activating and clearing all throughout your sacral chakra.
Let this orb of light swirl and move all throughout your sacral chakra.
Clearing and activating your sacral chakra fully.
And then this ball of light is going to swirl its way up to your solar plexus.
Clearing and activating your solar plexus.
Swirling and moving all throughout your solar plexus.
Fully clearing and activating it.
And then this orb of light is going to move up to your heart chakra to clear and activate your heart.
Moving all throughout your heart chakra.
Amplifying the blossom that is already present there.
Moving and swirling all throughout your heart chakra.

Clearing and activating it fully.
And this ball of light is going to swirl its way up to your throat chakra.
Clearing and activating your throat chakra fully.
Further amplifying the blossom that is already present there.

Allowing this chakra to activate fully.
Then letting this ball of light swirl its way up to your third eye.
Where it clears and activates your third eye fully.
Swirling and moving all throughout your third eye.
Clearing and activating your third eye fully.
Further amplifying the blossom,
The activation that is already present at your third eye.
Allowing it to activate and open fully.
And then this ball of light is going to swirl its way up to your crown.
Fully clearing and activating your crown.
Amplifying the blossom,
The expansion that is already present at your crown.
Opening,
Clearing and activating your crown chakra fully.
And when this ball of light is moved all the way through your chakra system,
Fully aligning and activating your whole chakra system.
Amplifying and opening your full body.
Going to bring your awareness to this ball of light that is now resting just above your head.
And this ball of light is going to take off up into the higher realms.
And with your awareness you're going to follow this ball of light.
And just allow it to lead you all the way up through clouds and textures.
Through all of these different realms.
Moving faster and faster.
Moving faster and faster.
Flowing up,
Up,
Up,
Up into the higher realms.
Just keep following this ball of light.
Moving through different colors and textures.
Feeling into the frequency of the energies that you're moving through.
As this ball of light is racing up into the higher realms.
Feel how the energies and the frequencies are becoming finer and finer.
As you're moving your way up into the highest realms.
And just feel into the sensations as this ball of light is moving faster,
Getting brighter.
And the energies around you are feeling more powerful,
More beautiful,
More pure and fine.
And allow this ball of light to lead you to the highest realms.
Where it stops and you are met with a beautiful glowing being.
And this guide has been waiting to meet you.
And just allow them to reveal themselves to you now.
You can feel that this guide has beautiful,
Wonderful loving energy.
That they've been waiting to meet you.
And just allow your awareness to show you what they look like.
And allow them to share what they've been wanting to share with you.

Allow it to drop all the way down into your body.
And feel how your physical body begins to be activated and elevated as your energy body fuses and realigns with your physical body.
And let the energy that you've now brought into your physical body move all the way into your skin,
Into your muscles,
Into your bones.
Let it move into your organs,
Into your tissues,
Into your blood and your cells.
Let it saturate itself all the way down into your DNA.
And let your DNA be saturated with this elevated,
