Hello beautiful being, Today's practice is for arriving in the now. I wrote this meditation with the intention to guide you into presence, so that you may witness your own being. By allowing ourselves a moment to release our attachments, we can begin to witness the miracle of life and our connection to all that is. All my love, Stefani

Hello,

Beautiful being.

I am so grateful to be here with you today to share another practice.

Today is for the now,

For being present in the present moment.

I know that lately many of us have had a difficult time being in the now.

There are so many distractions around us.

Our phones,

The media,

Opinions of others that sometimes feel like they are swaying us further away from our truth,

Further away from our silence and freedom to choose.

These distractions can cloud us from hearing who we are.

They can cloud us from loving and trusting life.

But in the now,

We are free.

We have no walls or agenda to live up to.

We are nature in the now.

We are the universe,

Source,

Spirit,

Love.

It is in the now we can echo the life we want to live.

We can learn to become a magnet for the love we radiate.

We can better serve the world.

It is our chance in every moment to shift and change and walk into life with love.

To begin,

We are going to get comfortable and sit in our place of practice.

If lying down is easier today,

That's okay too.

Just do whatever feels right to you in this moment.

Go ahead and close your eyes and we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose and out.

As you take another breath in,

Try and focus on the abundant air filling your lungs.

And as you release,

Release anything that may feel like it is pulling you away from this present moment.

Release your cycle of thoughts,

Any judgment towards yourself or others,

Any guilt,

Sadness,

Anger,

Comparison,

To-do list.

Just release little by little and remember to breathe.

If this seems difficult,

Just imagine filling a bag with all of your thoughts and distractions and just imagine the wind slowly arriving to take them away.

If for some reason it feels difficult to let go,

You are welcome to set the bag to the side and come back to it after this practice.

Just drop everything for a moment and softly land here,

Connected to everything without having to try,

Connected with the earth,

With the oceans,

The stars,

With all of creation near and far.

As if it is one big wave of energy flowing through all of us at the same time.

As if the whole world is in this present moment of peace with you.

And let's just sit here for a moment.

Let's just sit here for a moment.

Just try and remember this silence that is always there,

This unending connection to all that is,

No matter the distractions that try to pull you away.

Can you feel the way the load gets lighter when you don't have to try?

When you just get to be?

Can you hear yourself?

The you that has come into this human to explore,

Experience,

And enjoy.

The you that is floating on this divine and sacred planet in space.

The you that sees love in this life.

What was it that called you?

This unique and special form.

Let your truth speak in this now.

Go ahead and open your eyes to this world.

Just take a look at the room around you.

How it is all still connected and breathing with you.

This room you are in is alive.

Just imagine the love you are filling it with.

To close today's practice,

I wanted to share what one of my teachers said the other day.

He said,

Sometimes I just smile at the present moment.

What if today when you go about your day,

You just smile at the present moment?

At all that is alive and one with you.

Every interaction,

Every encounter with eyes to earth.

At this sacred moment in body you have arrived in.

When we look at the now with love,

With joy,

With gratitude,

We give permission for more of these vibrations to follow and blossom.

I hope this practice found you well today and brought you back to this present moment.

A place where you will always be loved just for being.
