This is a gentle bedtime lullaby sung a cappella to the tune of “Rock-a-bye Baby.” It’s designed to help toddlers and young children calm their bodies, feel safe, and drift off to sleep. Children can sing this softly to themselves at bedtime or listen quietly as part of a calming night routine. (Please post a request in the “review” section for the lyrics to which I can reply with the lyrics for the children to sing along. There will be space there for me to post them.)

Hi,

This is Stefania,

And we've got something a little bit different today.

We've got a sing-along,

Bedtime lullaby.

This is a song which I wrote,

Sung to the tune of Rockabye Baby.

It's sung a cappella,

Which means there's no music.

The only music will be the sound of your voice as you sing along.

Since there wasn't enough room in the description to include the lyrics to the song,

If someone would please go to the comments section,

Leave a request,

Then I can reply by copying and pasting the lyrics to the song.

So you can join in,

And then later when you know the words,

You can sing them to yourself.

Before you go to sleep,

If you can't sleep,

If you're a little worried,

Or just if you feel like a nice song to relax.

Are you ready?

I'll sing the first verse,

And then the second verse,

Then the next time around.

Try to look at your phone,

Or whomever you're listening with,

Their phone,

Their tablet,

And there you will find the words.

Let's do it together.

It'll be much more fun.

Are you ready?

Are you comfortable?

I'm,

Oh,

I'm a bit ready for sleep.

So I will sing the song to myself and to you.

I close my eyes,

Now I sleep.

Peaceful dreams wait just for me.

In my heart,

Love softly stays.

I am safe in gentle ways.

I can rest,

My body's calm.

I am loved and all is well.

Thank you,

Bed and pillow,

Too.

Time to sleep,

Goodnight to you.

Stars shine and night is here.

It's time to rest,

No need to fear.

Today I did my very best.

Now it's time for sleep and rest.

Dreams are soft,

Dreams are sweet.

Snuggled warm from head to feet.

Night,

Night,

World.

Night,

Night,

You.

No need to fear.

Night,

Night,

Too.

Okay,

Are you still awake?

I am.

Okay,

Let's sing it together.

Look at the words in the episode description and we'll sing it together.

Take a nice breath and let it out.

And here we go.

Are you ready?

I close my eyes.

Now I sleep.

Peaceful dreams wait just for me.

In my heart,

Love softly stays.

I am safe in gentle ways.

I can rest,

My body's calm.

I am loved and all is well.

Thank you,

Bed and pillow.

Time to sleep,

Good night to you.

Stars shine and night is here.

It's time to rest,

No need to fear.

Today I did my very best.

Oh,

You're sounding really good,

Really wonderful.

Today I did my very best.

Now it's time for sleep and rest.

Dreams are soft.

Dreams are sweet.

Snuggled warm from head to feet.

Night,

Night world.

Night,

Night you.

No need to fear.

Night,

Night too.

Okay.

You can listen to this anytime you want to and we can sing together again or you can sing by yourself.

Time for sleep.

Night,

Night.

Bye.
