Hi,
This is Stefania,
And sometimes we have a little problem making a decision.
Maybe it's a decision that we can't seem to come to a conclusion on.
Maybe it's a decision that we don't want to make,
Which is why we can't make it.
Whatever the reason,
Let's try this short meditation for making decisions.
We'll go into a mystical forest,
And there will be help there for us.
Let us embark on this journey into this forest.
It's a place where wisdom,
Intuition,
And guidance reside.
Take a deep breath.
Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Standing,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Whatever pleases you,
And close your eyes.
As you breathe in,
Relaxation,
And exhale,
Tension.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to become still.
As you continue to breathe in this rhythm,
Feel yourself becoming more and more connected to the earth beneath you and the life force that flows through all things.
You find yourself at the edge of a vibrant forest.
The trees are alive with energy and knowledge.
The sun's rays filter through the leaves,
Casting dappled patterns of light on the soft mossy floor.
And as you step into the forest,
The air is fresh and alive with the scent of the earth and leaves.
Then,
As you walk along the winding path,
Take notice of the different trees,
The plants,
And the animals that you pass.
Observe their unique qualities and characteristics,
And just consider how they might reflect aspects of your own life.
Listen to the gentle sounds of the forest,
The rustling leaves,
The birdsong.
Maybe there's even a gentle breeze.
You can feel it on your face.
How nice.
Allow the peace of the forest to envelop you and let go of any worries or concerns.
Eventually,
You come to a fork in the path.
You notice that the paths,
Two paths,
They diverge in different directions.
One path is wide and well-trodden,
The other narrow and overgrown.
Pause for a moment and take a deep breath.
Listen to your intuition and allow yourself to be drawn towards the path that feels most resonant with your inner wisdom.
As you begin to walk down the chosen path,
Take note of how it makes you feel.
As you continue on your chosen path,
Imagine that you come across a wise old tree with gnarled and twisted branches.
This tree has been here for centuries,
Witnessing the countless decisions made within the forest.
Place your hand on the tree's trunk and feel the energy and wisdom pulsing within.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to be open to any messages or insights that this tree wishes to share with you.
Now,
Continue to explore your chosen path,
Remaining open to any signs or symbols that may appear.
Maybe you encounter a wise animal guide like an owl or a fox that offers a message or helps to illuminate the way forward.
Maybe you discover a sparkling crystal that radiates clarity and insight.
Whatever you encounter,
Trust that it holds a special message for you and that it can help guide you towards making the decision that is most aligned with your highest good.
As you near the end of your journey,
Find a quiet spot to sit and reflect on the insights you have received.
Take a few deep breaths and allow any remaining tension to melt away.
Feel gratitude for the wisdom of the forest and for the guidance that has been offered to you.
When you feel ready,
It's time to come back.
Gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Feel the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body and slowly wiggle your fingers and toes to awaken your senses.
Open your eyes now and take a few moments to journal about your experience and the insights you have gained.
Even a few words will do.
Remember,
You are a miracle.
You are special.
You are good enough.
And the answers you seek are already within you.
You just have to let them out.
That mystical forest is always there to offer guidance and support whenever you need it.
Just trust your intuition and know that whatever decision you make,
It's the best you can do at this point in time and it's the right one for you in this moment.
Ah,
Let us give thanks to our inner wisdom.
It's always looking out for us.
Many blessings to you and bye for now.
Listen to this meditation whenever you feel the need to come back to center and then move on.
