Hi,
This is Stefania and we've got a meditation today for motivation,
Change and embracing life.
Everyone,
Practically everyone,
Can set aside a short time each day to increase motivation,
Face fears and experience their true worthiness.
You,
In fact,
Are truly priceless.
All that you need to do is relax,
Breathe and follow your inner guide.
Utilizing daily meditation techniques instill within us simple methods of awareness that benefit every aspect of our lives.
Daily mindfulness practices can be done at any time of day,
The morning,
Afternoon if you have a break on your lunch and you're working from home,
Evening.
It can be done anytime that works for you.
Breathing is the most important thing that we do.
It is keeping us alive,
Yet most of us do not notice our breath all day,
Some even for several years.
Just take it for granted.
That's why it's so important to our physical and mental health to oxygenate our bodies fully and consciously.
So to start this meditation time,
Let's take five deep and full breaths together,
Holding for a few seconds at the top.
One,
Fully inhale positive energy.
Hold and when you exhale just let go of your breath.
You don't need to force it out,
Taking you into a state of relaxation.
Two,
Inhaling goodness.
Hold and exhale into relaxation.
Three,
Inhale acceptance.
Hold and exhale any judgment.
Four,
Inhale health and clarity.
Hold and exhale into serenity.
And five,
Fully inhaling desire and achievement.
Hold and exhale into complete relaxation,
Letting go of all concerns from daily life.
This is good.
This is your new solution to facing your fears.
Whenever fear presents itself,
Take five full and deep breaths,
Holding at the top of the inhalation for about five seconds or whatever you can manage,
And when you exhale blow out gently any fears that you feel.
When you take your last breath of the five,
Imagine that you are breathing in courage and strength and while letting go of this breath say to yourself,
I am relaxed.
For some of us,
Worthiness does not come naturally.
Sometimes it's hard to even imagine feeling deserving.
Yet worthy is the state in which we are born and most of us just simply need to be reminded.
You are born invaluable,
Priceless,
And praiseworthy.
So let's remember that feeling now and just allow yourself to feel worthy doing this approach.
Let's stop and take another breath to center.
Hold for a minute,
A few seconds,
And let go.
Let those shoulders drop.
Now imagine that you are a tiny baby and there are people surrounding you that love you.
They wrap you in blankets to keep you warm and care for you when you cry.
Just imagine how you feel as a baby worthy of this care and love you are being given.
That's good.
This tiny baby deserves to be cared for.
This tiny baby feels good in their spirit and body when their worthiness shines out and is appreciated.
And that in turn makes you feel worthy too because this baby is actually you.
Your heart's spirit of pure positive and powerful energy.
As you hold on to this pure goodness,
Honor this moment,
Cherish this feeling.
That's good.
Now hear yourself saying,
It is natural for me to feel worthy and to honor the worthiness of others.
Each day in every way I feel better and better.
In order to make change and to motivate myself,
I challenge myself.
Sometimes change is not comfortable.
In fact,
It is inconvenient.
So if I feel comfortable with the changes I am making,
I am possibly not extending myself enough.
I might be able to dig a little deeper.
When I have a fearful thought,
I acknowledge that I feel this way and then I completely release it.
And when another fearful thought arises,
I catch it quickly and I say with confidence,
I acknowledge that part of me feels that way.
But this thought does not help me right now.
It's just a thought after all.
Each day in every way I feel motivated and strong.

Whenever I am presented with feelings of being undeserving,
I know my breath is there to soothe me and guide me into relaxation,
Releasing this unnatural thought.
Every single day I become more aware of all the good things going on in my community and my own thoughts.

I become more aware of all the good things going on in my community and in the world around me.
When I feel an unwanted emotion holding me back,
I know that the way to break through is to take several deep breaths,
Relaxing my mind and body by doing so.
This way I can clearly see things for how they truly are.
That's good.

Each day in every way I face fears.
I now challenge them with courage.
In order to make great change,
I control my thoughts effectively.
Thoughts have power.

I challenge every single negative and unproductive thought that arises.

My intentions are pure.
Now from this point forward,
Whenever you find yourself having negative and unproductive thoughts,
Like I am unmotivated,
You will immediately say to yourself the word,
Enough.
You will immediately say to yourself the word,
Enough.
Pull yourself back.
Enough.
Anytime you find yourself having a fearful,
Negative,
Or unproductive thought,
You will immediately say to yourself the word,
Enough.
And the very moment you say the word,
Enough,
You will find that these negative thoughts you were having will simply disappear.
If it takes saying the word,
Enough,
More than once,
Do it.
But don't feel like you're punishing yourself or that you are bad or unworthy.
No,
No,
No,
No.
You're just saying enough to calm your mind and bring it back to center.
This gives you the opportunity to start a new positive thought process.
And that's good.
When you are ready to begin building a new thought process,
A new positive thought process,
Begin this technique of awareness.
Let's have another deep breath to bring ourselves relax and center.
In,
Hold,
And out.
The technique of awareness.
Just become aware of your body now and notice a gentle wave of relaxation is sweeping over you.
Feel how your body feels when you pay attention and really feel this wave of relaxation that you deserve to feel.
This makes you even more relaxed,
Calm,
And clear.
You are a crucial factor in the forces of love.
You are indispensable.
You are a valuable energy radiating worthiness.
You are the key to unleashing fearlessness.
You are irreplaceable.
You are extremely useful,
Extremely helpful,
And fully motivated.
You are courageous.
You are blessed.
Every breath you take is a gift and a miracle.
You have begun and will continue to change your life for the better day by day.
You are amazing.

And now as we bring our meditation to a close,
Let's put our hands crossed over our hearts.
Close your eyes and visualize a beautiful,
Peaceful,
Full of love,
Pink energy opening up around our heart and the energy is spreading upward through our arms,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Face,
Head to the top of our head and then like a fountain spilling down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down over our shoulders,
Past our heart,
Bellies,
The bottom of our bodies,
All the way to our feet and circling us in a beautiful pink aura of safety and love and it's all good.

Take a nice breath.
Open your eyes.
Give yourself a little shake if you need to,
To come back to center,
Back to the world and we're done.
