Today we're doing part one of the calm and moisturize routine.
I will be using a facial reflexology tool.
If you do not have a tool like this,
You can just use your finger.
Okay?
Let's start with.
Putting our hand over our heart.
Taking.
Few deep breaths in and out.
Writhing here If you have on jewelry,
You can.
Take it off.
I like to pull my hair up for these routines.
To keep it out of the way.
So using your tool or your finger.
We're going to start right here in the middle of the forehead.
We do about 10 to 12 circles.
It doesn't matter which direction you go.
Go.
Clockwise or counterclockwise.
Just breathing.
In and out.
Not pushing too hard,
Just being gentle.
Then we're going to go right here.
The sides of the nose.
Next to the eye.
We'll do this on both sides.
Switch to the other side.
And if there's a spot during this routine that feels particularly good or it needs extra attention,
You can spend more time there.
We want to pay attention to what our body needs.
Then we're gonna come right here into this little spot on the side of the nose.
Circles here.
The other side.
Breathing in and out nice long breaths.
Inhales and exhales as we do this routine.
Okay.
Then the next spot.
Is right over here.
It's between like this spot on the nose.
You can come out and it's right here under the eye.
Okay.
And the next spot is kind of like right here at the center.
That's right under where the other spot was.
On the cheek.
Again and now.
Okay and now the next spot we're going to come to this long this fold right here.
We're going to come right about halfway.
Way down that fold right here.
This spot is extra tender for me,
Which means I think I need to spend some more time here.
Now coming down,
You see how it got a little more red right there.
That means it just needs a little extra bit of tension.
Then coming right down here.
Above the upper lip on the side.
We'll do this here.
Then we will come all the way over here to the other side.
Do that same spot on this side.
Very good.
Then we're going to come right here to this little spot under the nose.
Between the nostrils.
We're not going to do circles,
We're actually going to push on it like this.
I'm going to do little taps.
And if you're using your finger,
You can just do it kind of like that.
Great,
And as we end all of our routines,
We go around the ear,
We go down and back up around the ear about 10 times.
Let's tuck everything in.
Continuing to breathe.
Here we go.
Okay.
I like to give the ears a little massage afterward.
Feels so nice.
There you go.
All right,
Well,
I hope you enjoyed that.
My name is Jessica Amos.
Until next time,
May you stay with yourself today and always.
