If you are suffering from a hangover,
Whether a small one or a big one,
This facial reflexology routine will really help you out.
You can either use a finger,
A pen,
A crochet hook,
The back of a spoon.
You don't have to have a tool.
I like to use this facial reflexology tool.
This is all that we need.
Let's just take a moment,
Take a few deep breaths in and out.
Letting ourselves be here.
I'm going to start right here in the third eye.
As you'll notice with most of the routines that I do here.
We almost always start right here.
So consciously relaxing the face,
The forehead.
You can do your little circles in whichever direction you want,
Doesn't matter.
We'll do about 10 to 20.
And then we're gonna come right down here.
Your side of the eye.
Inside on the bridge of the side of the nose.
Just keep breathing.
Mm-hmm.
Really light,
Gentle movements.
Nothing crazy.
And keep breathing.
This is going to support your liver,
Your bladder,
Your stomach,
Your heart.
We're going to go right down here to the side of the nose,
This little crease right here.
This is going to help your head,
Any headaches you're having,
Nausea.
If you're having to urinate a lot because your body is trying to rid itself of the poison.
All right,
We're gonna go over to this side now too.
Very good.
Keep breathing,
Relaxing.
And then we're gonna come right down here.
It's like at the bottom of this fold,
This smile line.
And above the upper lip.
Again,
You can go in any direction.
Use your finger if there's any part of this routine that feels especially sensitive.
Just spend a little more time there.
Give it some extra love.
It's just really going to support your internal organs.
Gonna do some toning.
Energizing.
And also relaxing.
Then right here.
Is definitely going to help you with digestion here.
Right here.
And we're not really even doing circles.
We're just more like pushing on this little spot.
The base of the nose here.
Hmm.
Okay,
Good.
Then just right here,
Below the bottom lip.
And the other side.
We're really just going to take this all the way.
Cross like that.
Already feels so good.
You can do the chin here too.
Normally,
I would go around the ear,
But we're not going to do that today.
Instead,
We're going to actually take our hand.
We're going to place them on the sides of our ears like this.
We're just going to rub really gently.
Really,
Really gently.
And then we're going to take our hands.
We're going to place them over our eyes like this.
We're just gonna breathe.
And then I would say from here,
If you have an ice pack,
In your freezer.
Or if you want to just splash your face with cold water.
This is a really good time to do so.
And then maybe lay down with an eye mask over your eyes.
Be sure to hydrate and just take it easy.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I hope you feel better soon.
My name is Jessica Amos.
Until next time,
May you stay with yourself today and always.
