Today,
I'm going to walk you through a facial reflexology routine for period pain.
I love this routine so much.
This is something that you can do preventatively and you can also do it while in pain.
Make yourself very,
Very comfortable.
Place a hand over your heart.
And hand over your belly over your womb.
And let your belly be soft,
Let your hips be soft.
Let your body be soft.
And relaxed.
Very good.
Okay,
So from here,
You can use the tip of your finger for this routine.
You can use the back of a spoon,
A knitting needle,
A pen.
I'm using an actual facial reflexology tool.
You don't have to have one of these,
But it helps if you want it.
We'll start here at the bridge of the nose,
Right in the middle of the nose,
And we're doing little circles.
We're doing about 10 to 20 circles,
And you can go any direction with these.
Light,
Gentle,
Easy circles.
Breathe in and out.
You can even take this other hand and just Hold your womb.
Put your hand over where it hurts.
And then we're gonna come over here and we're gonna do.
.
.
The side of the nose here.
That little spot where the cheek meets the nose.
Again,
Really gentle,
Really soft.
Stay relaxed and keep breathing.
We'll do the other side.
Good.
You can go any direction with these circles.
These points are associated with the womb.
The hips.
Way that that pain radiates out.
We're going over here.
This fold.
The side of the mouth.
Above.
The mouth Breathing in and out.
It's gonna bring some relief.
Offer yourself compassion and grace.
And ease.
From here,
We're going to give some love to this entire upper lip area.
I personally like to go in these little bitty circles.
Across the top of the lip.
We go one way.
We go back the other way,
And if there's a spot along here,
That feels.
Particularly sensitive,
Like this for me feels sensitive here.
You can stay in that one spot and keep going.
Giving it some love.
If it feels sensitive,
It means it needs a little extra love.
Very good.
You can give a little bit of love right in here.
Right under the nose.
Okay.
Now we're going to come right down here.
Drew the lips.
The side of the chin.
Under the lip.
This is always a very sensitive spot for me.
But when I'm on my period,
It's more sensitive.
Give it some love and you can move it over.
Any direction if you feel called.
Very good.
Okay.
And then we're going to come back to this tool in just a minute,
But We're also going to take our fingers and we're going to.
.
.
Rub.
Along here as well too.
And you can be really gentle.
You can do both hands at once if you would like.
You could do top and bottom lips separate.
Or together.
Hmm.
This whole lower part of the face that we're working on,
This is all associated with the womb,
The bladder,
The whole lower body and internal organs.
We're going to come back to our tool.
Or your finger,
And we're gonna run it coming down the side of the ear and back.
Just breathing.
Long,
Slow inhale.
Long slow exhale.
Very good.
Try that again.
The other side.
I really should have taken my earrings out for this.
You know,
Sometimes you got to go with what you got.
All right.
And then you can take your Use a rub like this.
Rub the sides of the ears inside.
Put your hand back over your heart and over your womb.
Taking some long,
Slow breaths in and out.
Come back to this routine as often as you need.
Bookmark it,
Save it.
Don't forget that it's here for you.
I have more like this for every part of the female cycles.
